I walked into the office Tuesday and I immediately can tell it's a place with a prestigious uphold. Very up to date interior design and clean cut atmosphere. Most importantly the amazing staff they have working. They are very professional and proficient and knowledgeable in what they do. Monica was the one who took care of my needs walking in for my first appointment. She is extremely kind and informative and prompt. You can for sure tell she knows what she is talking about! I seen her answer calls while helping both myself and another patient on the phone in a timely matter (which to me being in the health field multitasking is an absolute must). The dentist was amazing as well (not the kind that rushes you because they overbook ! but quite the opposite) he sat there and explained to me everything and made me feel less nervous. I mean who doesn't get nervous at the dentist! Lol . Overall my experience was probably the best I've ever had in a dental practice and I'm really happy I Listened to my friends and colleagues on this one! Before leaving I stopped at the front desk again to make my follow up appointment and surely Monica helped me with this as well and wished me a great upcoming weekend. I would not recommend as the crowns were not made correctly and needed to be highly adjusted. Both crowns should have been a visual for the dentist to see they were not straight, uneven and sharp edges, when putting them in. Terrible experience. No well informed information before a testing procedures, they tell you a week later something wasn't covered and then charge a highly excessive fee for records which is not within the federal guidelines for electronic copies of records or images.

(Not a smart move) I fully realize I only had my self to blame! Nonetheless, a few friends gave Dr Rennard glowing recommendations, so when I suddendly had an onset of horrible tooth pain, I called her ASAP. It was a Saturday and her front desk staff was amazngly kind and listened attentively, but told me unfortunately Dr Rennard was booked solid for the remainder of the day. They mustve been able to tell I was in bad shape bc Dr Rennard amazingly made time to fit me in.... took me as an extra NEW patient at the end of her already long busy day!!! Plus all of her office staff stayed too to check my insurance and enter my new patient information !! The whole team with Dr Rennard truly went above and beyond in my book and I will always be grateful :) Dr Rennard is extremely friendly, caring and took the time!! Since our first encounter, she always follows up to see how Im doing with a phone call. Unfortunately for me, I have several dental issues going on and she has referred me to great specialists. His previous dentist was a very loved pediatrician, Dr Michael Reale, who recently retired. My son had a cavity filled today. Cavity was diagnosed with confidence-immediately and without any hesitation. (Had a bad experience elsewhere with this tooth....) Appointments run on time, dentist is caring, personable, relatable, understanding and compassionate. Office staff feel life I've known them for years- very friendly and sweet. Dentist explained procedure step by step to me and my son and had him at ease for his filling without the "laughing gas". I was a little nervous about that... Very happy we found this office.
