My husband and I both go there for dental services. But we both won't be returning. They are PUSHY about services. And they harass you about follow ups. Tons of voicemails. They just want to run the insurances ragged. Services back to back even though the insurance covers about two cleanings yearly. They can be very shady. As my husband, who had a ton of services done, last December he chips a tooth and calls for an appointment. And they cancel the appointment saying that the insurance wont cover the appointment. Anything that needs to be done will be out of pocket. I wonder why!? So when he actually needed the dentist they turned him away. So, we will not be going to them anymore. I am so so upset with my experience. I've normally had great visits but this last one was horrendous. I got three fillings done yesterday which were rushed. The dentist even complained about how he only had 30 minutes for a bridge next patient. I started experiencing sharp pain right after the fillings. When I called back the dentist said it should be fine. It got to the point where I was crying and couldn't sleep. I go back to the office the next day and I'm told 1) I probably need a root canal due to "an adverse effect of the filling". 2) we don't take your insurance anymore you need to find someone else. All while I'm crying in pain. I can't even comprehend why I had a filling done if my nerve was going to react like this. Absolutely no one will take me in right now for an emergency root canal because of my insurance and I'm stuck paying out of pocket. Ridiculous, do not go here. read more

There's a doctor Clara there and she's the worst dentist I met in my whole life. She took a bunch of xrays of my mouth and numbed me took my filling out just to stop in the middle to tell me she can't do it. I had radiation explosive and got objected for no fucking reason. Dr. David Kroner is an amazing doctor. He is a great Doctor because he listens to the needs of his patients. He explains everything to you and with such poise and ease, and his work is thorough but comforting. He is always checking in to make sure you are okay, and is determined to provide exceptional customer service. I am not a fan a root canals but should I ever need one, he's number on my list. The discomfort and the anxiety disappear once you sit in his chair. Let him know what you need and he will deliver. went to this place 3 times I removed my 5 star and I will explain why I had two root canals and believe it or not it is still not finished I am very upset with this the dentist wants to do one more root canal and a tooth pulled before he even finishes what he worked on seems to me like he wants to trap me for a ton of money which I explained I could not afford the third visit I just sat there while he told me oh a lot of work needs to be done have yet to get a full total cost on what it is going to cost me $800 for each crown is a lot of money and I do have to get it done now since they started the work .They have to understand that people can not afford these high prices I hope they make this right my last visit I literally went for no reason and they also want me to do a deep cleaning which is another grand I simply can not afford prices and everything should have been told to me up front on what it would cost not after, I wanted a total price on what it would be in total I feel like its dancing in circles and not helping me read more

My visits at Confident Dental have always gone smoothly. They send you Text Messages or give you a call to remind you of your upcoming appointments. I am always greeted with a smile and was very impressed how quickly the staff remembered me and my name. The waiting time is never more than 5-7minutes. Billing Dept is exceptional and prompt in obtaining Authorizations!! In the past, I have always had terrible experiences with dentist and it has always been some place I dreaded going. So I didn't go very often. As you can imagine, I had to have extensive dental work done; Root Canals, Extractions, Filings, Bridges and Implants. Dr Natsuyo Yamamoto was my assigned dentist. After taking req X-rays she explained to me all the work I needed done and what each process entailed and what would be my best options. Dr Y is professional, patient, understanding and caring. She was a Blessing to me. Her Techniques are precise and she makes sure you are comfortable and pain free through every process. Unfortunately she relocated to another state, but she made certain to complete all of the work she promised me. I was so sorry to see her go but she left me in very capable hands with her fellow colleagues at Confident Dental. Before her departure I told her that if I would have had her as a dentist years ago, I would not have had the dental problems I came to her with. Many are Called but few are Chosen.
