I've had the most complicated dental history in the world - overcrowding, crooked teeth, a missing tooth and lack of teeth falling out when I was younger. I had to go for several extractions but they were painless and easy - and I was 10!!!! I feel like getting your teeth pulled out is a huge reason to avoid a dentist at a young age but I didn't even care - and I was a wimp as a kid... I still am. The dental aides are a bit timid, but they're also learning. Whichever aides I've met were students in dental school, or someone looking to gain experience in the field. Also - I have a small mouth and tend not to bite the way I should for a proper x-ray...that's not always the aide's fault - it's mine so I'm sure other patients don't bite the way they should, which results in poor X-rays. As for print outs, just ask. When I had my braces, dr. Jhaveri was in constant contact with my orthodontist to make sure my teeth were straightening themselves out, and making room for an implant. I needed oral surgery for a dental implant, and the surgeon I originally went to wasn't able to confidently say he'd do the surgery. When I came back to my dentist to let him know, he immediately gave me 2-3 other oral surgeons (mostly in queens) and told me if I'd have to pay out of pocket for all/some depending on the doctor. The surgeon he recommended me to did a great job and then Dr. Jhaveri was able to create my crown and match it with my teeth.

They said ok and then kept calling me saying a parent had to go and they didn't want to treat my daughter without a parent. I said please ask a manager and then she said ok a grandparent can take her. When her grandparents got there with her they constant calls kept happening. They asked me a million questions like a stranger off the street took my daughter to the office. Also, my dad said they had an attitude like they didn't like grandparents taking her to the appointment. People have to understand that many families have two parents that work so they should accommodate grandparents taking kids to an appointment. My poor husband had to run over there to go to the appointment because they were giving the grandparents a hard time. They legit called me to make another appointment with a parent present. Once he got there it was an easier experience and they were willing to treat my daughter. However, people shouldn't have to leave work or be harassed at work while their child is being treated for a simple cavity.

She was warm, listened to me even though she was extremely busy, gave me options to improve my health and my smile. I'm now happy to be getting the help I need and she has started working with me super fast to get things going. I never feel the anxiety people feel of going to the dentist, because I know I'm going to be taken care of well. Their hygienists are also awesome. They are all great, the hygienist I go to the most is Bella, been going to her since she joined the practice many years ago. You can't go wrong with either hygienist, they are always so nice & caring. My 26 year old son has also always had a great experience & never complained about going to the dentist. He happened to start going to Dr. Beague early because he had an accident when he was 3 and had to get his 2 front teeth taken out. Dr. Beague made him feel so comfortable even in that pain. When it came time for braces he had them in for only 7 months & his teeth were good. Truly amazing. The practice is always clean, when you call they instantly know who you are & are accommodating. I never have a long wait, they are always ready for me when I come to my appointment. I would recommend this practice. I was there today didn't take pics of the office.
