This was my second time using the service. The process to reserve ahead of time was easy-to-use. The location was well staffed and the attendant whopicked is up to shuttle us to and from the airport was great! My only hiccup was getting the barcode to work on the way out, but was really remedied by a full service window where we were able to read off the barcode to them. We were given two water bottles for the road and that was a nice touch. I would only add to either offer an app to reserve and have access to the barcode or send a PDF of the receipt when emailed. When I opened the email the confirmation receipt it was extremely hard to find and kept looping back to the reservation page. Otherwise, I will use the service again in the future. read more

Normally I liked parkngo. But after we showed up only 2 hours after our expected arrival time they decided to charge me $5 .... for 2 hours. I will start using the hotel shuttle parking around the airport they're not last second thieves. read more

I also left my window down on my vehicle while parked there and they went the extra mile to cover my window while it rained in Richmond. They didn't have to do that, but they did! This was my first time flying out of RIC since moving to the area a couple of months ago. I asked around and the unanimous response was to use Park N Go. If you book and prepay online, you get a discounted rate, above and beyond their already reasonable prices. The shuttle picked me up as I parked my car and upon my return, I called from the terminal and the shuttle showed up as I walked to the pick up area outside. First time using off-site parking. Won't be the last!!! It was quick and reasonably priced. Much cheaper than airport parking. It's curb to curb so. No more heavy lifting or walking from the parking deck to the terminal. As a first timer, the experience was simple and they were the very informative. Upon return, days later, a quick call and they were there immediately. They even offered us bottle water as we checked out. Quick and simple and best of all I saved over half for parking. If I could rate this business as 4.5, I would but, alas, that's not a category. Being new to using the Richmond airport, we were looking for options for our car for an 11-day trip when my husband discovered the Park N Go online. We were very impressed with our drop-off experience around around 8 am on a Sat morning. The location was easy to find; we were told which lane to park in, and before we even blinked, the shuttle was waiting at our car with a very nice driver asking to help with our luggage. We waited maybe another 3 minutes as another passenger had just come in. Drive to the airport was also very short. We were given a card with information about how to call for pickup upon our return. They're open 24/7. Our experience upon our return 11 days later (on a tues night, around 11 pm, after Labor Day) was SLIGHTLY less smooth. First, being unfamiliar with the Richmond airport, we didn't immediately find the courtesy phone to call from. (We could've also have called their telephone number, but didn't). After calling, we made our way to the pickup area, only to be denied boarding on the shuttle that was about to leave because they were already full. (The shuttles are relatively small, holding 8? people plus luggage). We waited maybe 15 minutes for the next shuttle -- by then, we were joined by others who filled the shuttle. Unfortunately, although we were first at the pickup spot, we were the last ones to off-load in the parking lot. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn't be an issue -- but we had been traveling since 8 am PST, it was now almost midnight EST, and we still had a 1 hour, 30 minute drive in front of us (half of which would be on country roads) -- so every minute counted. This driver was also friendly, but offered less assistance with our luggage. But, that said, my husband may not have given him the opportunity to as he grabbed it himself. Our car was as we left it. Check-out was easy, and we were given 2 small bottles of water. Access to 295, 64, and the airport was easy. We also note that this company offers car washes, car detailing, and oil changes, at a price, for the convenience of customers, but we didn't use these services. Be careful/lesson learned. We inadvertently made our reservation through another parking reservation service online, not realizing that we weren't dealing directly with Park N Go -- so we paid more than we would've had we booked directly with the company. Not only did we not get the discount for paying in advance, we also paid a service fee to this company. Park N Go also offers a frequent Parking Program which we hadn't been aware of. read more

I have experienced parking my vehicle for years and have always had a good experience. Until this morning...I could not let go of writing a review based on the way I was treated by the driver today. He said his name is Mike. First off I wasn't even parked 10 seconds before he beeped at me like I was taking up his precious time. I still have to gather all my belongings once I first park, it's not like I'm going around the corner, duh. Give a customer some time to gather their things, do not rush them! Secondly, he didn't even make an attempt to help me with my suitcase, to load it on the shuttle. I have never experienced that from any other driver either! But that's fine, he just saved me from tipping!! Everyone else I've encountered at this location has been pleasant over the years. Tell Mike there's other jobs out there. He doesn't know the definition of customer service. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch! read more

The reservation and prepayment process was easy and convenient. Dropping the vehicle off was easy and convenient. Picking up the vehicle was incredibly unpleasant. The shuttle driver was obviously not happy to be working, as it was 11 PM I understand. When directed to give the pickup receipt to an attendant, my husband was charged AGAIN, even though it was already prepaid. Now I'm trying to contact them to get the double charge refunded, and it's not going well, because the attendant didn't give a receipt. Like the shuttle driver, she was not happy to be working either. For a family of 5 with 3 children in tow coming back from a 15 hour travel day at 11 PM with still another 1 hour drive to get home, there was no reason for it to be so unpleasant. read more

I wanted to try a cheaper parking option at the airport and my friend recommended the Park N Go and said she is a loyal customer. The parking lot is very close to the highway, I think the first right turn after 64 exit. Plenty of spots. Took about 15 minutes to get to airport (waited for a few customers to be picked up). When you return you can use the information phones in the airport to call them to the airport. My car was as I left it. It's cheaper than airport parking. You can also get a "frequent parker" card. I'm definitely going to park there in the future. read more

Well I am new to the Charlottesville area and new to the Richmond international airport but one amazing great find was Parkngo Richmond in Sandston, Virginia. I just returned last night from out of the country and the gentleman was there to meet me as I came out of baggage claim without even having to wait one minute! I paid in advance so I got a sweet discount! And as I left the parking area they gave me a bottle of water and the gentleman even put my luggage in the backseat of my car. I picked my car up today after a good long Memorial Day weekend. My experience with Park N Go has been outstanding so far to say the least. They come to pick you up from your car promptly, I've rarely waited more than 5-10 minutes at my car for the shuttle. The shuttle driver is courteous and helps with bags you may have. The shuttle is there also when you return for your trip with minimal wait times at the shuttle pickup area. The rate per day was $5.99 as advertised. It takes 14 days worth of parking days to get a free day using their frequent flyer program which I think is great considering their prices are already more competitive than Richmond Airport parking deck. Very professional staff! I'm not sure how much training they get but these guys are a well oiled machine! We were at the entrance for less than 30 seconds with clear and concise instructions on where to park(somehow there was time for some UVA small talk in this short window) after arriving at the parking spot our shuttle to the airport was behind us before I had turned the car off. The shuttle driver quickly (but carefully) handled the luggage and directed us onto the shuttle. In no time we arrived at our terminal. These guys to all the thinking and lifting for you. I always park at the Park and Go and I really like the service I get when I am going to the airport. The drivers are friendly, helpful and I've never had any issues. I will say that sometimes, I feel like I wait longer than I would like on the pick-up. When I recently flew in, it took 12 minutes from the time I called the driver until I got picked up. That's not a long time, but sometimes when you are sitting there, you wonder if someone is really coming or not. It would be helpful if the dispatcher would tell you where the driver is and set the expectation. Tell me the driver is just leaving the lot now to come get you, or he/she is already on the way. read more

Upon my return I arrived at midnight and as soon as I walked outside the shuttle was there for passengers who needed to get to the lot. Half the cost of airport parking and run by very nice people. I had a great experience with Park n Fly at BWI so now I try to park off site whenever possible. This place is right off 64 and a quick 2-minute shuttle ride to the airport. Pickup was fast, I called as I walked out and the shuttle arrived within 3 minutes. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car, and the driver will load your bags if you want. They give you a bottle of cold water when you pay. Gave one star because it was lowest available. Should be less. Saw ads for online discounts. In actuality, paid $5.99 a day plus $5 service charge plus $1.92 airport access fee. MORE EXPENSIVE than $7 daily parking in economy. Plus only one checkout lane. When the person 4 cars ahead had issues and took 15 minutes to check out, EVERYONE WAITED because the credit card lane had a golf cart parked in it. So I did, and everything was like is experienced the first time. Quick, super friendly, and easy back and forth. This was our 2nd time riding. Booked online to save some money. Both times we were greeted at the entrance by an employee who came out to our car to check us in, even when it was very early am. They told us exactly where to park and the driver basically followed us to the parking spot so there was no wait. This time we were running late and the driver left right away for the airport instead of waiting around a few minutes to see if anyone else would be arriving, and drive safely but fast. Oh...Park N Go...awesome. I fly out of Richmond because it's cheaper. I don't mind driving an hour and a half if the flight is $150 cheaper. So the first time I flew out of Richmond I paid 70-ish dollars for 6 days of parking at the airport. I hate paying that much so I did some searching. I found Park N Go. It's HALF the price and the shuttle service is fantastic. You park and then the shuttle drives to you and helps you with your bags. When you return they drive you right to your car and bring your bags down for you. The shuttle drivers are amazing. Both drivers I had were so nice and welcoming. We had a flight from DFW to Richmond on 1st January 2019 and our flight landed at Richmond at 12:10 AM, it took us 45 minutes to get to the parking lot because shuttles were taking so long. Worst parking service I have ever used. I prepaid for my parking online before I left Richmond. My flight coming back was delayed three hours. When I went to checkout they charged me for another full day! The pro rating system here is horrible. Anything over two hours they consider another day. The two employees could careless that my flight was unexpectedly delayed. I was planning on using this company for a full week at Christmas and now I will be finding another place to park my car. At Thanksgiving I used the airports economy parking and found the parking lot better maintained and the staff more friendly. Park N Go can keep their free mini water bottles. read more
