They are buttoning up for winter so most of the water related activities are unavailable. The outdoor pools are drained and all the out four furniture is stored. No matter. The property is clean and we have no qualms with the cleanliness of our suite. We have a nice view from the third floor. I can't speak to the cost of staying here but we got the reduced "winter rate". We spend out anniversaries somewhere up here in The Great White North every year. Cheers!

I got a 2 bedroom which was super spacious. 3 beds (king, queen and twin), 2 full bathrooms, gas fireplace in living room, full kitchen and laundry room. 3 large TV's and a nice view of the lake. Top floor has a gym, indoor hot tub and outdoor infinity pool. There is indoor private parking with fee. Fee was waved because I booked through The Registry Collection. I'm environmentally conscious wherever I go and wish they had better recycling implement. There is a tiny recycle bin within the room and a garbage room on each floor. I sorted all the returnables, plastics, paper and metals. Hopefully it gets recycled properly by the hotel. The internet worked fine but the tv also used it with Telus Optik TV. It would cut out every 10 min and not restart for 2-3 minutes. To instantly make it work again, I had to switch channels back and forth. Got really annoying. The interior is a bit on the dark side, lighter colours would have been nicer.

The resort was nice, pet friendly which was a must for us traveling with our little pup. Beautiful location - waterfront. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom was small and sink was outside the bathroom. Check in and check out was easy. Several days later I saw on my credit card that I was charged the whole amount of our stay, which I had already paid through Expedia. I should have only been charged the pet fee & room service. Contacting the hotel was a bit of a hassle. Eventually got my refund. I can imagine this place being really nice and busy in the summer.

Her warmth and welcoming heart added the perfect touch to our overall experience while staying 6 days in our lakefront Suite. We traveled from New York City to this beach, lake and wine country paradise and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful Kelowna, Canada destination. Our designer Ogopogo Manhattan Suite offered luxurious amenities from a soothing soaking tub and full jet rain shower to a lounging deck overlooking a sun kissed little lakeside beach. We can walk or bike to top restaurants, beaches and a fabulous marina in downtown Kelowna. The location is perfect and the weather was unbelievable throughout our July visit. Ogopogo is true gem and a Suite treat.

I will not be able to comment enough about how amazing our stay was at this fantastic bed and breakfast. It is undeniably a beautiful house, with such perfect personal touches (toiletries to use, water in fridge, Lindt bars, etc) and the highest quality towels, sheets, beds and ... Well... Everything. However, it was the host with the most Karen who made our stay one of the best weekends we've had in a long time. I swear this woman was put on earth to make people enjoy their vacations and to fatten them up with amazing breakfasts (pictures posted). Karen is a ball of amazing energy who truly added to the trip for us. From recommendation at restaurants that we loved, to providing free bicycles to ride around, to greeting us with cold wine (you literally had me at hello) to her professional and fun attitude every time we chatted. Breakfast was a work of art that will rarely be matched at any other B and B in this country and others (this lady has kitchen skills). Comfortable, clean, beautiful, amazing location for walking, beach across the road, and a host that will personally bring your vacation to another level of perfection. Do not bother looking elsewhere if you have the privilege of staying at the Ogopogo Bed and Breakfast. We've started planning next year already... Karen-get the blintz ready:) Thanks again Karen for everything.

After learning it was my birthday, they brought up a thoughtful wee gift, which was so kind! And random staff members called out birthday greetings as we came and went. Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

I purposely chose a room with a Kitchenette, because my husband and I like the option of cooking light meals if we don't feel like going out. Hotel is located on the main strip and is a conveniently close to a nearby strip mall with a grocery store, which is where we went to buy some light groceries. (There are also a number of restaurants, including the Ricky's steps from the main door, Starbucks, and a take-out pizza place). There is plenty of free parking included, and front desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly in their interactions. I liked the suite that we stayed in: clean and comfortable with a strong working Air Conditioner and extra pillows and blankets included (because I always find it a hit or miss with the warmth of hotel blankets) and a full bathroom with your basic toiletries. The rooms were great at noise cancellations which was a blessing since there was some light construction nearby on the days we stayed at the Inn. The Kitchenette had one of everything we could think of: one set of mugs, cups, small plates, dinner plates, cutlery set and cooking utensils and small appliances plus a two burner stove. At times when we were making dinner we wished there could have been two of certain items (i.e. two cutting boards or another set of cutting knives), but we were able to make do. Check-in and out was a breeze with everything clearly explained, and I thought we got good value on our stay. If my husband and I visit another city with an Accent Inn, I will definitely consider staying there as well.

Great... when we walked into the room, it was clear it wasn't an upgrade. Old carpeted floors, two small beds in separate rooms (not what we wanted) and an old kitchen that didn't even have a proper coffee brewer (think a $10 walmart pot brewer...). We called down and asked if we could forgo our "upgrade" and just have the room we booked... we were then told our original room had a leak and was unavailable. Okay, so not really an upgrade but our room was not available and you had to move us to what was clearly a worse room... but called it an upgrade to avoid needing to compensate in any way. The bathroom floor was covered in hair... I wet a kleenex to wipe some up, and the kleenex came back black. Really gross, we ended up laying towels on the floor so we could comfortably have bare feet in there. The tv was on the writing desk, blocking the one mirror and also being blocked itself by the chair... The linens on the beds were awful. I'm not a "thread count connoisseur" and I don't think I've ever even noticed the sheets in any hotel, but these were so rough, it was like sleeping on no-name brand paper towels. Luckily (?) we booked through hotels.com which has great customer service. They were able to cancel our last night and get it refunded, and we moved to the Coast Capri hotel down the street. Maybe the Inn & Suites rooms that are reno'd are nicer? No idea since we got stuck in our "upgrade" suite.
