Homemade croissants, chia mango pudding, gluten-free waffles, and traditional bacon and eggs were just some of the fantastic dishes we enjoyed our week there. For a special treat, they will even provide charcuterie and wine. Without question, this will be the place my family will visit annually. And we are picky!

They just want to make sure you are comfortable and feel home! I very much recommend this place, but you have to book early, apparently a lot of other people know, how good this place is!

We had the indoor hot tub to ourselves, the lovely blue outdoor pool to ourselves, the lounge chairs to sprawl under the hot Okanagan sun to ourselves. We were taken care of perfectly, even our request for an iron at the last moment (we were there for a wedding) It really IS a few blocks to downtown Kelowna and anywhere you would want to go, very centrally located. Had a great sleep, but LOVED the privacy, the hot tub, pool, disco light shower all to ourselves - loved it!

Superb rooms and general decor with amazing attention to detail in respect of every convenience (hairdryer, iron, super fast wifi etc). The breakfasts each morning by Kelly are superb and showcase not only the abundant local produce but also his many years in the hotel industry before the B&B. Clare is a mine of information and contacts and takes great pride in showing off the local attractions, especially the huge number of vineyards & wineries, all of which encourage (and expect) you to try all of their signature wines. The B&B is 10 minutes from Kelowna with views over the valley and close to the lakefront and downtown restaurants. We were here in winter (little chilly but nothing more) and look forward to returning in the summer when the swimming pool & barbecue at the B&B are uncovered and open to all guests, as it was we had access to Kelly's kitchen to make anything we needed and to participate in a marvelous family dinner.

This lovely château overlooking Lake Okanogan seemed at first overwhelming because of its size, but quickly became a comfortable warm, inviting home away from home. Impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and immensely private, this house , including its separate Beachhouse, has eight bedrooms, in-house theater, as well as multiple sitting rooms all with fireplaces. Billiards, workout room and a well appointed spa gave many opportunities for distraction, while maintaining a quiet private stay. Every room affords an elevated spectacular view of lake Okanogan looking towards western exposure. Fenced and secluded 44 acres of lakefront property allows for hiking and new vantage points to enjoy the view. The staff was attentive, friendly, and enhanced the experience with their smiles and enthusiasm. The food provided was imaginative, lovely in its presentation, satisfying and warm. Local wines from the nearby Kelowna wine country were available and enjoyed. Although the season did not allow for tennis, a beautifully surfaced, pro level tennis court is a short walk from the main building. A seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a separate lap pool are also available. The indoor hot tub in the spa was perfect for a December dip. Steam room, dry sauna, as well as a masseuse rounded out the spa experience. It was our pleasure to celebrate the vision of what this amazing B and B will soon realize. The grandeur of the experience coupled with a sense of seclusion, security and privacy would be difficult to top. Another visit someday ,during the summer months, where we can appreciate the multiple water features, summer foliage and even an exotic car driving experience, will be something to consider for the future.

Sleeping on that bed and pillows was like sleeping on clouds. The bathroom is equipped with soap, Q-tips, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, hair dryer, hair brush, and fresh towels. A mini fridge is also available in the bathroom closet which was very convenient. The room also includes bath robes and Apple TV (with Netflix - yay Netflix!). The room was nicely decorated and definitely gave us that zen vibe we came out here for! Continental breakfast is available after 7:30am, which includes fresh fruit, bread, bagels, oats, jams, spreads, and hard boiled eggs. It is conveniently located, only one block from the water/beach. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. I highly recommend going to Smak Dab for a nice lunch on the patio! This was our first time staying at a B&B so we didn't really know what to expect. Jamie and Zach were lovely and very welcoming. Zach was nice enough to give us a lift downtown one night since he was heading there anyway (saved us $20 - that's how much a taxi cost us from Bernard St. back to the B&B afterwards). So, thank you again, Zach! They have 2 cats and 1 dog in their home, so be careful if you are allergic to animals. Their young daughter is super cute but can get a little bit restless at times.
