I've stayed here twice. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. It serves its purpose. Lack of competition helps this place. In house restaurant RBG isn't really serious about breakfast. They should just put out a basic continental free breakfast. read more

What a sucky hotel this is. I asked for in early August for two rooms adjoining. We got here this evening to find our two rooms were on different ends of the hallway! When do they think a phone call saying we can't provide you with what you need and you asked (via their booking interface) for would have been warranted? Maybe like the day after I booked. Then to make matters worse it's just a gross room that smells with stains on the furniture and carpet and dirt on floor. Wow it's just not very nice. The part I found the most distressing is the check-in guy let me know it obviously was our fault because we should have somehow magically known that they didn't have rooms that connect. read more

You really have NO other options. Its not a bad hotel, most likely the best one around if your racing at Pitt Race. I would say your mobile home or a tent at the track is about the same....It is a very loud hotel based on the layout. If you want to sleep early, ask for a home NOT facing the indoor pool, indoor bar, etc. read more

Decent place with friendly helpful staff. Kind off odd location but it serves it purpose. Clean rooms with super firm beds. Very limited TV channels. My nephew was so disappointed with the selections of channels. Oh well. There was a little surprise left in the bathroom for us(NOOOOO NOT THAT KIND OF SURPRISE LOL). They left a rubber ducky LOL.....cute! For some reason it made me smile. There is room service available and the menu looks decent. A bar/lounge is available too. Overall decent older somewhat renovated hotel. read more

This hotel is ok. The room was clean. The bed was comfy- for my taste too comfy. The bed was soft, not firm as another review mentioned. I ended up with back trouble after sleeping on it for two nights. Not their fault- tricky back. The breakfast is very minimal but it will get you out the door. The restaurant seems to be struggling. When I visited, I was the only woman dining and the only area open was the bar. I had an ok sandwich with great, seriously great fries, but would not depend on this restaurant for a main meal. The night I was there It appeared one hardworking woman was serving as barmaid & waitress. Wow! My hat is off to her! The front desk staff was uniformly polite. I appreciated that. It seemed to me that many who stay here are men in the trucking/ construction trade. In summary- clean, safe, comfortable. read more

This place is the worst place I ever stayed. Stains were all over rugs, chairs and curtains. Was expecting a newly refurbished room as shown on the web site. Arrived after 8PM with no options after a 10 hr drive, Got extra sheets as a bed cover sheet and for the floor so I could walk to bathroom without shoes. Never again. read more

Stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. After being purchased by Radisson it has slowly crumbled. During our most recent stay there, there was another party with a group of kids around the ages of the kids with our party. They were completely out of control. Running all around the hotel, knocking on doors, and throwing change at the doors. The kids in our party stayed in the pool. There were multiple times staff came around to every one at the pool and said they were recieving noise complaints. Myself and a few other parties informed the staff it was a guest on the 2nd floor and not any of the people they kept reprimanding. At about 1 in the morning the kids in our party (15year olds) were playing a board game when again they were told to be quiet. When my son came in the room to tell me, I went down to the front desk to see what the problem was. I had to wait on the front desk worker Brittany to finish her cigarette and come assist me. I asked for her name, the managers name, and the number for cooperate. Instead of informing me of the information I requested as a paying customer, she became rude and defensive. I told her the noise was coming from the other children staying in the hotel and there was no need to only be reprimanding the kids in our party, and blaiming them for everything going on. She told me that she makes the rules and if I don't like them I could pack my things and leave! What kind of customer service is the Radisson offering their customers?? I told her I would expect a full refund if asked to leave. She laughed an said yea right. Clearly Radisson doesn't have proper training courses on how to service paying customers. I then went back to the courtyard and told the boys in our party to just go in their room and go to sleep. The employee Brittany OVER HEARD (ease dropped) on a conversation I was having with my sister, and ASSUMED I was talking about her. I was not speaking to her, I didn't even know she was there! She then stated she was calling the cops to have the 5 children and myself removed! The cops came and an officer Miller stated he could see it was not loud in our rooms, considering there was a 4 year old sleeping in the bed, but when they get the call it's their protocol to ask the party to leave the property. So we had to leave in the middle of the night for noise complaints that were not even coming from the room we were in. There were 3 adults present while speaking with Brittany. Nobody called this girl any names, cussed at her, or even raised they're voice to her. And she can just throw us out because she was "offended" by what I said. This is what her manager Jess told me the next day. That if the staff feels offended or threatened they can ask you to leave. Offended maybe, but she was in no way shape or form threatened. She immediately charged my card, and then had us removed from the room. No regaurds to the customer, the children, or anyone involved. She said complaints were only recieved for our room, but had she been by the phone instead of outside smoking cigarettes she may have recieved more complaints for other rooms had she spent more time at the front desk instead of smoking. This location is currently going out of business and I can see why. Not only is the staff rude and unintennitive to their guest, but they fraudulently charge people. This must be a desperate attempt to keep the business a float by robbing people of their money. Most disgraceful, unprofessional, rude staff and hotel protocol I've ever witnessed. The only reason we were made forced to leave is because I told Brittany I was contacting cooperate. And to cover up her trail of unprofessionalism, and avoid being in trouble herself, she had us removed to make it look like we were the problem. Terrible service by the Radisson. read more

I was there for a friends wedding the room was ok, one bartender was very rude and talked down to us, she was the lady with star tattoos on her chest. Recently stayed at the Park Inn in Beaver Falls for a weekend get away, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are going through some remodeling but didn't interfere with any of the daily activities. They had a beautiful pool for the kids to swim in and the restaurant on property was a convience and the food was great. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Can't wait to come back and see even more of the changes they are making. read more
