Their breakfast was cold and stuck to the pans, they didn't have vending machines, workout machines, restaurant or bar, conference rooms or meeting rooms, and the blankets were papers thin. They charged for pets and service animals and were extremely rude. It was hard to see the entrance to the hotel as it was shared with the gas station.

Before I hung up, I asked, after I have them my Credit/Debit card numbers , just to be sure , when they would use them to take money out of my account. They boldly lied to me and told me only when you check in. As soon as I hung up, I realized that we needed 2 nights, so I called to book another night. Thus, the 2 bookings. Later in the day, I discovered that all of the money had been taken from my account. I discussed this with my family(fellow travelers) . Because of this, we decided to cancel our booking. We checked their website where it said we had 24 hours to cancel a booking. When we tried , we were told that , they would cancel the booking, but the money was NON REFUNDABLE, because I had a contract where I had agreed to it upon booking the room. This is a week before the May. 2nd ETA. After throwing a fit and assuring them I had agreed to noo such thing, they agreed to return my money, but told me that I would have to "apply" for the refund. ,which I did. I just now got my money back. 38.31 short of what I paid them.

Beds were comfortable. TV was smaller than I have expected recently and I don't recall them having the option of connecting Netflix or any other streaming services which is nice, relying on what is on cable at that particular moment is a drag and I don't know how we did it for so long. Towels were plentiful. Shower was nice. Multiple mirrors arranged in just a way that your partner can watch you on the toilet from the bed if you leave the door open, as we discovered. There is mildew on the walls in the creases of the wall. I understand hard to get off but it was there. Next there were stains on the front side of the sink. The drains were very slow in both the sink and the tub. I had to rinse my feet after my shower since I was in about 8 inches of water/soap after my shower. The worst was crumps in my bed. It was a queen bed and after getting in to sleep I reach to the otherside to get comfortable and found crumbs. I brushed it off since it was now midnight and I wasn't in the mood to get dress to ask for a change room. The breakfast was okay and the pancake was pretty good even though made through a machine. The only problem I had during my breakfast was watching the staff and maybe there friends complain and get a bit lip sucking when asked them to do something, like put water in the hot water container since it not a direct water line. And lady telling everyone it was her last day since she didn't like what it has become. So 2 stars for the pancake. Don't think I'll be back.

The only downside was the miscommunication with our checkout. We payed for a late checkout, but apparently the office didn't communicate that to housekeeping. The office left me a voicemail saying they didn't have record of the late checkout, I returned the call and confirmed that we did pay extra for that, and then shortly after housekeeping showed up and we had to also tell them that we had a late checkout. Kind of took us out of our getaway bubble, but overall a really nice vacation experience.

Main floor had a very strong chlorine smell that permeated all way up to our third floor room. The hallways had a "wet " smell. Over all the room was clean but "damp" . No hand soap in the bathroom. Used the almost empty bottle of bottle wash so I didn't make a big deal about it. Also only one wash cloth. They have breakfast from 7-10 on the weekends, a pool and workout room. Not impressed but wasn't mortified either.
