Blake helped my sister and brother-n- law purchased their first home back in April 2024. My sister was satisfied with the new build they got in Menifee and advise me to contact Blake when we were ready to buy a home. Once my wife and I got in contact with Blake we knew Blake was the right person to help us get our first home. Blake understood the importance of our children education and keeping them in the same school district. Blake will answer all of our questions and will take the time to educate us on "what if" scenarios. Once we found our dream home Blake went up and beyond and worked side by side with our lender, Abraham Park, to make sure we were getting the best offer. With the combination of seller credit and lenders credit they were able to cover our closing cost of $17,000! I highly recommend Blake to help you buy or sell your home. You will not regret it! read more

From our first meeting Samuel gave us the confidence that he could help us navigate the purchase of our first home. He helped us tour many homes and helped us write offers that would be attractive in highly competitive markets. When it came time to get inspections, he was able to line up several inspectors and take the load off of us. His experience showed when we had to deal with a difficult listing agent and he made the process smooth for us. read more

Working with Blake Lammers to sell our Pasadena home was an incredible experience. He's sharp, responsive, and always one step ahead. I like to move fast, and Blake not only kept up -- he matched my pace and handled every curveball I threw at him with professionalism and a great attitude. He's the kind of agent who's truly on it -- quick to respond, detail-oriented, and fully committed to getting the deal done right. I threw some pretty ambitious ideas his way, and he never flinched. Always ready for the challenge. Looking forward to continuing to build this relationship and doing many more deals together. Highly recommend! read more

I met Blake on social media almost 2 years ago not even thinking owning a house was a reality for me especially at that time. I followed him on socials for a while and noticed he was putting a lot of families in their first home, so i took a leap of faith and reached out to him and he set up call immediately. On the call he introduced me to his lending partner Abraham, and on that call we discussed my current financial situation, my goals, and my credit. They then created a plan for me to become a home owner. Here we are today I am writing this review in my very first home which happens to be a brand new build home. I thought it was going to be a challenge as i don't have the perfect credit and have heard a lot of home buying horror stories, but my first time home buying experience was was super smooth and nothing short of amazing all thanks to Blake and Abraham. read more

Blake was a great agent to work with. I had been following him on Instagram for a while, occasionally asked a question here and there (which he was more than happy to respond to), and this past year we made the move to work with him to look for our new home. He helped us figure out our situation, comfort and guided us through the process. One of his biggest qualities is his responsiveness to questions. He cautioned about looking for a home before selling outs, which of course we ended up finding a place we loved. He then worked with us, the sellers, and buyers to get the deal through; truly a liaison. It was a stressful journey but we had a wonderful guide. We still stay in touch as we now settle and work on making this house our forever home. read more
