So...we'll say this, 'Glorie Lee and Rick are EXCEPTIONAL realtors, persons of good character, and hard working souls with expert knowledge of the home buying and selling process from beginning to end.' We bought a home in San Antonio Heights in January 2015 and with Glorie Lee and Rick by our sides, the experience was perfect. Glorie Lee and Rick were charming and determined to make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the entire process. They are SERVICE-ORITENTED people and that is something to value when going through the home buying or selling process. We recommended Glorie Lee & Rick to friends of ours who had an equal experience of excellent service as they sold their home and bought a new one under the care and attention of Glorie Lee & Rick. Like I said earlier, this review cannot possibly capture all that is great about Glorie Lee & Rick but I trust that if you're reading this, you're looking for realtors who will be honest and there for you. You've found your realtors. Give them a call - you'll see. Best of luck to you.

They are excellent at communication with their clients, which I've found to be extremely rare, they know their background information about the entire transaction inside out and backwards, and truly care about their clients. An extra "perk" is that they are truly lovely people to work with, and how many real estate agents can you say that about? I would highly recommend Glorie Lee and Rick for your real estate needs!

My husband and I went through the process of buying a home from agent Chris Cervantez and the…read moreexperience was regrettable to say the least. Chris first attempted to sell us a house that we believed to be overpriced. My husband and I passed on the property and then asked the agent / developer if he had any additional properties for sale, and he said "No". But it wasn't long before we came across an even better property that was newly built and for a lot less. Then to our surprise, the 2-story house was also owned by Chris. After our offer was accepted, my husband and I contacted Chris and asked him why he didn't inform us about the new house that was available. Chris said in an irritated tone, "It slipped my mind". Seemingly embarrassed, Chris became angrier due to being confronted or caught. Despite how polite my husband talked to him, Chris was disrespectful and continued raising his voice and speaking over him. Chris told us that he would call us the next day, but he didn't. Though he accepted our offer for his house, he would end up not keeping his word. I am not in a hurry to buy a home and have nothing personal against Chris. I just wanted to tell our story because I believe it is a cautionary tale for others. Good luck!

Let me preface by saying that Austin was our main agent, and Taylor and Craig were major helps along the way as well. Between our first baby, the pandemic, and the insane housing market, we were almost certain we weren't going to find a home before 2021, possibly 2022. After being outbidded numerous times in previous attempts to purchase a home, our confidence was low, and our guard was high. Austin was not only confident we could find something in our budget, he made sure we found something we absolutely adored. We've worked with previous agents in the past (not from KALEO) who were so focused on getting a deal, they tried to push properties on us to get us in and out, so we appreciated Austin's honesty and patience throughout the process. Taylor and Craig were also wonderful in assisting us, whether it was accompanying Austin to the house, or making sure all our documents were thoroughly explained, or answering trivial questions on a Friday night (sorry, guys). All in all, I couldn't recommend them enough, and strongly suggest working with KALEO. Thanks again for everything, guys. We couldn't have done this without you!
