While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer. He even kept a close eye on the market and advised me when I should lock in the rate. I thought home buying would be more stressful, but it wasn't as bad as I thought because Trung made every step clear and was very on top of deadlines. From pre-approval to loan closing, it took just one month! Thank you Trung for being so diligent and patient in helping me secure my dream home! Trung was also very proactive in reaching out to me a few months later when interest rates dropped by about 1%. I had the honor of working with Trung again for my refinance, and it was also efficient and painless! I recommended Trung to my coworker recently when she was looking to buy a condo. Highly recommended to anyone who is in a market for a house to look into Meridox!! Thanks again for your hard work, Trung!!!

A little background: I did 2 house purchases, and 1 house sale by myself without a realtor before engaging Meridox. I didn't need handholding, because I was not a first-time buyer. I wanted an advisor who can give me an honest opinion as to pricing, knows the neighborhoods, and can negotiate with the seller's agent. Linh was so on top of things. She understood that I was busy and scheduled multiple showings for me on weekends. She mapped out our route, so we can be efficient with time. She never asked me to consider any property that was outside my price range or not what I was looking for. I was able to knock out many home viewings with her, and we put in a couple of offers. I saw a house that fell out of escrow. I messaged her, and she was immediately on it. She showed me the house, called the seller's agent, and basically convinced the seller to take my offer that was a tad below listing that either that same day or the next. (OC is a hot market, so this was an incredible deal! My other offers all sold above listing.) She was incredibly responsive, super sharp, and very easy to work with. I used Meridox as my mortgage broker as well and used them again to refinance a year later. Very seamless and easy transaction. Forget all the agents who claim to "treat you like family." Choose Meridox: the true professionals.

We recently purchased a new house in Rancho Cucamonga and had the pleasure of working with The…read moreAcevedo Team. Prior to working with them, I was familiar with them as they have ads in Victoria Gardens among various other places in the Inland Empire, and I always thought to myself that it was impressive how they are able to make such a bold claim that they are among the top 1% of realtors worldwide. It's no secret that the real estate market is very competitive, so for them to be able to say they are ranked among the top 1%, truly speaks volumes as to their level of commitment and experience in this field. After working with them, I can now understand why they are in the top 1%, after having first hand experience. We've had the opportunity to work closely with Esmeralda, Sandra, and Ricardo closely in the process, and all of them have been nothing short of amazing and excellent. They have exceeded all of our expectations and answered any questions we had along the way. The process was flawless, and their team is extremely disciplined and on top of things, so that you as the customer can be rest assured. Today's market for buying homes is competitive, the Acevedo Team knows exactly what to do to help structure your offer in a way that is likely to get the seller to accept your offer. On the buying side you can be assured that they have your back representing you as the buyer, and will fight for your offer to get accepted by the seller. Not only did they get our offer accepted but they assisted in a quick and seamless transaction so that we were moved in as quickly as possible. What's even better, is that when you choose to buy or sell with the Acevedo Team, you are not only getting access to your agent, but to the ENTIRE team. This is a huge value-add, as you basically have hundreds of years of combined industry experience available at your fingertips. The team leaders (Ricardo and Sandra) are extremely involved and active within their organization and work closely with their agents/staff to accomplish positive results as a team, what's awesome is that they are always willing to communicate and work with customers even if you are not working directly with them. Their office is located in Rancho Cucamonga right outside of Victoria Gardens. They have their own dedicated office (which is quite large) and their own entrance next to the Century 21 building, so this is not some small team that simply shares office space. They have an actual team of experienced people who are making things happen. There is no situation too complex for them as they have done everything you can possibly imagine already in the real estate world. We enjoyed working with the The Acevedo Team on the buying side so much that in about a week from now we will actually be selling another property of ours with the Acevedo Team - soon, I'll be able to update this review in greater depth with our experience on the selling side of things. So far, their team was helpful in answering our questions, and they came up with an excellent game plan to get the home listed on the market. They asked us the right questions and researched the area in depth to ensure that the home is going to speak to the right buyer. I am confident that with their detailed approach combined with their expertise, the home will sell in no time. I would also like to point out that I have personally bought and sold numerous homes in the Inland Empire over the years with other realtors / firms and can confidently say that no one has matched the level of service and expertise that The Acevedo Team provides. Going forward for real estate related transactions, we will certainly be using them exclusively going forward. Thank you again to Ricardo, Sandra, Esmeralda and the rest of the Acevedo Team for a smooth transaction and excellent experience.

My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!
