They have all types of goodies to make your visit comfortable like a TV to watch Netflix, a blanket if you're cold and much more. They offer routine care in addition to teeth cleaning and aligners if you're looking for straightening your teeth without braces.

I do not recommend this dental clinic. In my opinion, this…read moreclinic only cares about taking your money. My husband and I both had very bad experiences here. I went there because I needed a Rebound . Before any treatment, they should clearly explain what is covered by insurance and what is not, so the patient can decide whether to continue. However, nobody at the front desk informed me about any extra costs. They first took X-rays even though my tooth did not need them. After charging my insurance for the X-rays, they told me that the rest of the treatment was not covered and that I would have to pay myself. The price they quoted was almost twice as high as other dental offices I contacted. On top of that, the dentists did not seem very experienced. My husband had a similar experience. They charge very high fees, but the quality of the work does not match the price, Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this clinic

She was patient, caring and understood my disdain for dentist and prior dental traumas. We spoke at length about coverage, and she confirmed before we met what fees would be covered and what services would happen during my visit. I didn't want any surprises! They didn't try to sell me invisalign or expensive services that I did not need. This office did exactly what they said, there was no bait and switch. Angela spoke with Dr Emam about my concerns, she was kind and caring and my experience was superb. After more than 3 years of no dental care, after the loss of insurance and encountering too many cash pay dentist who were dishonest and greedy, I was guarded, but there was no need. There is still work to be done, but I feel extremely comfortable with this office and their level of care. If you were like me feeling emotional, guarded, and feeling like every trip to the dentist is like talking to a used car salesman. My experience was that this office was transparent, fair and honest. Go give your teeth the love they deserve!

Dr Chintala is wonderful! She is kind, compassionate and vastly knowledgeable in all things dental health and the wholly holistic approach the practice is known for. I feel completely safe in her care as well as that of everyone I have met so far. The dental hygenist is a miracle worker with the touch of an angel (not an exageration!). Also want to give a shoutout to Dr C's assistant, Laura! I'm a nervous nelly when it comes to all things "dentist" and I feel very supported. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. This story is good, read the whole thing…read more He is more worried about you racking up a large bill than your actual health and happiness. - Let me tell you about my experience with Dr. Porter in a few words as possible. I have a minor phobia to all doctors, especially dentists. The sounds, the equipment, needles, etc. My mother took me to see him many many years ago. I remember him being really rude and downright mean about how scared I was and he even said "don't cry in my office or I'm not going to help you".... well the overall experience besides that was great. I didn't feel pain as usual, his hand was gentle when giving me the shots (hard part for me). I was overall very happy. SO happy in fact that 10 years later after not seeing a dentist due to my fears, I decided to fly from LA all the way to a Charlotte just to be seen by him because I knew he didn't cause me pain. I fly 3,000 miles, on a $650 ticket JUST to see him. For the following reasons. I called prior, explained what I needed done based on the recommendations from a dentist in CA. 1) needed all my wisdom teeth removed, explained I needed to be put under anesthesia. But they CONVINCE me that it won't be necessary and they will sedate next with oral tablets. I asked if they were sure 100000 times. Over and over they assured me it would be fine and I would be asleep 100% for all of the procedure. 2) 2 cavities On the day I show up to my appointment. (This is when the story gets really crazy) He does xrays and his exam etc, let's me know I have MANY additional surface cavities and he would like to fix those also. I of course agree cause you're supposed to trust your doctors right? Well this now brings the bill up to over $10k from my original $6k (which was already well to over priced for wisdom teeth and 2 cavities) but whatever. THIS MAN IM SURE ALMOST KILLED ME DURING MY PROCEDURE. Get this - I am in his chair, I keep coming in and out of sleep repeatedly, I counted 4-5 times. I would wake, then feel a pill come in my mouth, followed by a splash of water. With blurry eyes I could see the lights and their arms moving. Still very out of it. On the very last time I woke up I hear a woman's voice say to Dr porter that I was awake again and needed another pill. His response was "we can't give her anymore, we'll kill her!! I've already given her enough for a 400 pound linebacker!" As I think anyone would do... with every bit of energy in my body I raised up, groggy, scared and confused! I started to yell "you're going to kill me!!!" (I get it - it sounds dramatic, but I felt like I was in a horror movie... you had to be there) They calm me down. Tell me they need me to relax because he BROKEN MY TOOTH OFF IN HALF under my gums and needed to LEAVE IT IN THERE and sow me back up and he would refer me to a surgical dentist the follow day. THIS STORY ISNT OVER !!! Next day I am seen by a dentist who specifically surgically removed wisdom teeth, the spot was set up by dr porter and paid for by dr porter. (I'll leave this dr's name out of it...) but he said "I cannot believe he attempted to do 3 days worth of work on your mouth in one day... no dentist should ever take on this much work in one day. The reason you kept waking up is because that medication is only meant for a maximum of 4 hours." - did I mention Dr Porter had me under for 6.5 hours before I woke up and went hulk hogan. (Ps i am 5'2 female and 125lbs) (Side note: Still trying time remember why I didn't sue him or leave this review sooner) About 2.5 years after this incident I found out that all the expensive ass cavities he charged me for, he didn't do properly after all of this!!! Now that $10k Bill is BACK because I am forced to re do ALL of his work. He didn't seal any of my cavities correctly. What a hack (probably cause he didn't have enough time and was rushing my procedures cause he couldn't keep me sedated) He never should have agreed to taking out my wisdom teeth KNOWING about my anxiety and need for anesthesia. He never should have racked on all those extra cavities if he didn't have time for them, just so he could make more money. He should have referred me to this other doctor in the first place and offered to take care of my cavities on a different day OR just tell me I needed to wait. BE HONEST. He never should have taken on my case, or at least not all on the same day if the time for the whole things would far exceed the maximum amount of medication he could give me. He literally could have KILLED ME. Now because of this dentist I will spend close to $25k to get the original job done correctly. Dr. Porter - your moral and ethical conduct should be reviewed by the state so you can never do this to anyone else again. Good day
