Nancy and her team at The Kitchen Center delivered an exceptional kitchen transformation--one that…read moreexceeded both our expectations and our original vision. We came in with a fairly clear idea of what we wanted, but Nancy's design insight elevated the entire project. She introduced thoughtful options we hadn't considered, guiding us toward choices that not only complemented the space but also brought out the features we most wanted to showcase. One of the most valuable aspects of the experience was her ability to help us select the perfect countertop--something that tied the entire kitchen together with both cohesion and distinction. Her attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with practicality were evident throughout. We were working under a firm deadline due to a scheduled event, and Nancy and her crew delivered without compromise. The project was completed on time, and the kitchen became the centerpiece of our gathering--receiving consistent praise from our guests. Equally impressive was the professionalism of her entire team. Every subcontractor was courteous, skilled, and meticulous, ensuring the workspace was kept clean and orderly each day. Pricing was transparent and fair, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service provided. In every respect--design, execution, communication, and value--this was the best remodeling experience we have had. I would recommend Nancy and The Kitchen Center without hesitation.

I owned Bassett before (when made in USA) and I loved it. 1) A sale = you're buying used furniture whether it be local showroom or sent from AZ. Leather cracks in AZ. So if you see small areas of drying out they sent it from a showroom in AZ. It's not new, 2) Bassett is now made in China. Motor on sofa quit (this one came with a tag from a store in Phx AZ area. The cracked sofa motor goes on the fritz and you are asked for a time am or pm to fix it. You ask for pm. They tell you from sometime after 1pm. Day of you get a one option call telling you service will be 10am until Noon. This also happens with initial delivery. They give you options then the day of they change it up and in their phone call tell you it'll cost you add'l delivery charge if you change it. 3) IMO This business has some shady business practices. 4) Heads up this furniture place charges for delivery are higher than any other furniture store I have bought from in this area. Those include Haverty's Ashley Macy's Great Deals on Furniture. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Going back to Lazy Boy or Haverty's. Or going to Great Deals on Furniture they have the best customer service practices. Most furniture I know of at Great Deals is made in the USA. Labor Day Sale means showroom sale stuff that has been sat on and tried out (or who knows returned) of course I thought I selected a sofa and thought I was getting a new one (shame on me). The people you talk to on the phone are the nicest most agreeable people. Of course, the later robo call comes with one option and no way to speak to a person. They have a wonderful star rating on Yelp. I must have gone to the wrong Weinberger's. They have a few in Georgia and other states across the USA. This is not Mom and Pop store they project to the publ

We had such a great experience with Fogel's Fine Floors! Anne Helms was great to work with and…read moreprovided us expert advice from start to finish. Our floors look awesome and we couldn't be happier!! During demolition of our floors, the installer discovered shoddy workmanship of our concrete slab and advised us he would not be able to install the floors we chose. Anne came out to my house within the hour and I was able to get the exact same pattern in a different kind of flooring. The install began on a Thursday and due to our schedule, HAD to be completed by that Sunday. Since we had to get a new floor delivered to our house (which was at a warehouse in Northern Georgia) the clock was ticking. Anne had the suppliers overnight the floors which would be available for pickup on Friday morning. Tina at Fogel's Fine Floors even contacted the supplier until 10 p.m. to ensure the flooring would be available to be picked up Friday morning. The flooring did not arrive in Augusta that Friday morning and through numerous phone calls, the installer discerned the flooring was just Northeast of Atlanta. He immediately drove up to pick up the flooring as he knew if they waited, it would not be delivered until that Monday. As I mentioned, it was simply NOT an option to have the flooring installed after the weekend. The installer going to pickup the flooring was way above and beyond what was required; Anne even allowed us a little extra time to pay the difference between the floorings. This was the epitome of the fantastic service we received at Fogel's Fine Floors. I would definitely recommend using Fogel's Fine Floors for your flooring needs.
