We came in with a fairly clear idea of what we wanted, but Nancy's design insight elevated the entire project. She introduced thoughtful options we hadn't considered, guiding us toward choices that not only complemented the space but also brought out the features we most wanted to showcase. One of the most valuable aspects of the experience was her ability to help us select the perfect countertop--something that tied the entire kitchen together with both cohesion and distinction. Her attention to detail and ability to balance aesthetics with practicality were evident throughout. We were working under a firm deadline due to a scheduled event, and Nancy and her crew delivered without compromise. The project was completed on time, and the kitchen became the centerpiece of our gathering--receiving consistent praise from our guests. Equally impressive was the professionalism of her entire team. Every subcontractor was courteous, skilled, and meticulous, ensuring the workspace was kept clean and orderly each day. Pricing was transparent and fair, especially considering the level of craftsmanship and service provided. In every respect--design, execution, communication, and value--this was the best remodeling experience we have had. I would recommend Nancy and The Kitchen Center without hesitation.

We had such a great experience with Fogel's Fine Floors! Anne Helms was great to work with and…read moreprovided us expert advice from start to finish. Our floors look awesome and we couldn't be happier!! During demolition of our floors, the installer discovered shoddy workmanship of our concrete slab and advised us he would not be able to install the floors we chose. Anne came out to my house within the hour and I was able to get the exact same pattern in a different kind of flooring. The install began on a Thursday and due to our schedule, HAD to be completed by that Sunday. Since we had to get a new floor delivered to our house (which was at a warehouse in Northern Georgia) the clock was ticking. Anne had the suppliers overnight the floors which would be available for pickup on Friday morning. Tina at Fogel's Fine Floors even contacted the supplier until 10 p.m. to ensure the flooring would be available to be picked up Friday morning. The flooring did not arrive in Augusta that Friday morning and through numerous phone calls, the installer discerned the flooring was just Northeast of Atlanta. He immediately drove up to pick up the flooring as he knew if they waited, it would not be delivered until that Monday. As I mentioned, it was simply NOT an option to have the flooring installed after the weekend. The installer going to pickup the flooring was way above and beyond what was required; Anne even allowed us a little extra time to pay the difference between the floorings. This was the epitome of the fantastic service we received at Fogel's Fine Floors. I would definitely recommend using Fogel's Fine Floors for your flooring needs.

It has been a year and I am still cleaning paint off my floors. I was told by Marcus that he always…read moreputs down drop cloths, he didn't use them at all. As a result I have had to deal with cleaning paint off of every floor. I was told that he taped and then caulked edges to make sure of a clean crisp line, again this did not happen. There were multiple places where the space was small between doors, these were not painted at all. In my office where they were old anchors from a curtain rod in the wall he did not remove them but instead painted over them leaving bulging places on my wall. There were multiple places where he did not put enough paint on the wall requiring us to go back and repaint. Also multiple places where wall paint was on the trim which had to be repainted. Then he made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I paid him a lot of money to paint them. These were painted at the last minute when he was due for another job. Instead of postponing his next job he painted the cabinets and then put them up still wet. We had to go back and do extensive repainting. Had I not been very ill and had noticed how bad the job was I would not have paid him over $11,000 to paint my 2000 sf home. Of course as a professional painter he knew it wasn't a good job and should have done the job right as he was hired to do. Yes I could have called him back and he may have come but frankly after the job he did I did not want him back in my house. Markus over promised and absolutely under delivered.
