To this date, we have not received a phone call back, a note, NOTHING offering an explanation as to why she did not come to her appointment. Would not recommend her company to do anything for me or anyone else I know under any circumstance.

It has been a year and I am still cleaning paint off my floors. I was told by Marcus that he always…read moreputs down drop cloths, he didn't use them at all. As a result I have had to deal with cleaning paint off of every floor. I was told that he taped and then caulked edges to make sure of a clean crisp line, again this did not happen. There were multiple places where the space was small between doors, these were not painted at all. In my office where they were old anchors from a curtain rod in the wall he did not remove them but instead painted over them leaving bulging places on my wall. There were multiple places where he did not put enough paint on the wall requiring us to go back and repaint. Also multiple places where wall paint was on the trim which had to be repainted. Then he made a mess of my kitchen cabinets. I paid him a lot of money to paint them. These were painted at the last minute when he was due for another job. Instead of postponing his next job he painted the cabinets and then put them up still wet. We had to go back and do extensive repainting. Had I not been very ill and had noticed how bad the job was I would not have paid him over $11,000 to paint my 2000 sf home. Of course as a professional painter he knew it wasn't a good job and should have done the job right as he was hired to do. Yes I could have called him back and he may have come but frankly after the job he did I did not want him back in my house. Markus over promised and absolutely under delivered.

When he had finished the project which included painting our granddaughter's room pink with white trim, and our garage to include cleaning/sanding the ceiling, mudding the ceiling 3 times, sanding again and painting. This was before he did the walls, steps and rail, and floor which he had to grind first. The end product was perfect. Clean up was done every day before he left. My wife and I cannot overstate his professionalism and the great job that he does. I believe he's the best around and will use him again if I need painting done. No. 1, CLASS act. Jon M. Bad homeowner paint job, they fixed it! Faded color, they fixed it! We wanted while walls, so they took the walls from tan to white. They also refreshed all the baseboards, doors, and wainscoting! They fixed wall cracks, as well as chalked and painted our new quarter round. They went so far above and beyond that I truly don't have the words! After painting the walls white, our "white" ceiling looked sad, so they painted that too! Most notably, they did all this on brand new hardwood floors with no mishaps. They moved all the furniture and took great care to cover everything. They even uncovered the living room each evening so we had a place to sit and relax at night. They are very considerate The very best thing of all is the fact that they truly take pride in their profession! We will definitely be calling them to paint our investment properties in the future. We honestly can't recommend them enough! Do yourself a favor and make them one of your estimates when you need a paint team! You won't be disappointed with the value you receive, we sure weren't!

They also went above and beyond our project request to repaint our primary living areas and touched up our closets as a courtesy and also refreshed our baseboards at no extra costs. Their dedication to ensuring we were satisfied was impressive and their work speaks for itself.

Lindsey did a good job cleaning, but it is not what I call a deep cleaning. In my opinion, the price she charged was too high for the work that was completed. To me, during a deep clean, the furniture and items on tables are moved, shelves and pictures get dusted, etc. None of this was done. Additionally, simple items were left unattended - a bathroom mirror, stairs, bathroom countertops, etc. On the positive side, Lindsey was punctual, hard-working and personable. She did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen cabinets and the house smells great!
