NorthshoreXpress absolutely saved the day for me, and I can't recommend them enough. I had a 2:00…read moreAM ride scheduled with Uber from Covington to the airport, and right at 2:00 AM I got a notification that my ride had been canceled because no drivers were available. I waited another 10-15 minutes on the app hoping they would reconnect me with another driver, but no luck. Then I tried Lyft and spent another 10 minutes trying to find a ride there, with no success either. At this point, I was panicking that I was going to miss my flight. I went on Google searching for transportation options, called a few places, and nobody answered. Thankfully, that's when I found NorthshoreXpress. To my surprise, they answered immediately. When I explained my situation, they calmly said, "Not a problem, a driver can do the job." They quickly sent me a secure credit card payment link, and the price was much more reasonable than Uber or Lyft. Even better, I was picked up in less than 15 minutes. The driver shared his location so I could track him on my phone, which gave me great peace of mind. The driver (who I later found out was the owner) was incredibly courteous, professional, and intelligent. He kept up great conversation during the ride, which really helped calm my nerves after the stressful experience with Uber and Lyft. I truly appreciated his willingness to help me at 2:30 in the morning. Do yourself a favor and book NorthshoreXpress if you're heading to the airport or need dependable transportation for any reason. Don't rely on Uber or Lyft when you can use a company that truly comes through when it matters most!

I was made to feel like a true friend from the beginning and to be treated with compassion and acceptance after talking about why I was riding I was excited to see them the next ride. On top of being kind the ride was always on time and was always confident in each driver that I was safe and didn't need to pay attention more than the driver to warn them before the wreck [had to do this for multiple other companies]. As well as them always making me know I'm safe they also drove just the right speed; not too slow or too fast, just right to get you there on time every time. I truly can't say enough good things about Trina and her family who worked with her at the time. This is who you should fight to ride with if you are tired of other companies and the nonsense they put riders through. You wont need to worry about missing your appointment and will be smiling when you go home from the conversations that are never about inappropriate topics strangers dont want to hear about. 100 stars imo

Our driver, Christopher, was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate, helping some of us down from the stairs as we entered various businesses and corporate parks.
