For Woman and Children only Rideshare or Taxi Service We want safety to be the most important feature of our rides. Drivers are only Women and only allowed to pick up women & children. Complimentary bottled water and emergency wifi if needed. All drivers are CPR certified/drug tested/MVR checked/Background checked as well. Dashcams are recording each trip to maintain the safety of passengers & drivers from unexpected events. First Aid kits are available if needed. We make sure vehicles are cleaned, washed, vacuumed, & sanitized daily to maintain that safe clean atmosphere per ride. Rides can be booked via website or just give us a call/text. Please allow 10 minutes before scheduling ride. Thank you!

History

Established in 2022.

Business was established in November of 2022 after unknowingly my daughter (14) took an Uber ride (not allowed by company or had my permission at the time). I wondered how many men were harassing young women and dug into so research. According to a report Uber put out in 2018, 50% of harassment complaints came from women passengers & other 50% were from women drivers. I knew this myself because I was a victim. I had been driving for Uber & Lyft for over 5 years now and knew women/children needed a wizer choice than these 2 big companies. So this is how WizeRidz began.

Meet the Business Owner: Tannia C.

After driving for Uber and Lyft for over 5 years, I realized women felt unsafe and were ridiculously being harassed by men drivers or asked unwelcoming questions that were invasive. Children on the other hand ages 8-17 aren’t allowed to ride in Uber or Lyft. So what happens to the kids that have after school programs or need rides to school? I saw this as a major niche and followed my heart to begin WizeRidz in November of 2022. As the business becomes profitable, I plan on helping the women & children in abuse shelters giving back to them & helping them get more back into the swing of things with rides to appointments, school, stores, restaurants, and as needed. Also 2 scholarships I have decided to award to needed families to be announced in future, and God has more in-stored I’m sure. Thank you for your support & consideration! Tannia C.
