When I realized I left my purse in her Uber I did everything I could to get it back before I got on that bus, but I couldn't get in touch with her. She basically stole my purse. I offered to send her money to ship it to me, but she refused. At one point she told me she was going to throw my purse away! Customer Service was absolutely no help at all. I had all of my important documents in my wallet.. Drivers license, Social Security card, and credit cards, Everything I needed. I also had other stuff in my purse. I really wanted to Get back. I was very disappointed in Uber and especially in the Uber driver.

If you only have one driver, why would you schedule two appointments at the same time. What is the point of even calling and booking a scheduled time in the first place ??? Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

They picked me up fast and the rates are only $10-$15 more then Uber. Uber takes a 1/3 of the charge and how does anyone make a buck after upkeep, insurance, and fuel. So, I will always call Parish Cab first. Sorry, as a old man my ETA checks are bothersome. I only pestered the 'dispatcher' a couple of times on 1 occasion.
