Bottom Line: These guys know nails and if you want long lasting dip or gel they can give it to you! Very friendly and accommodating family owned and operated business. Sonny and Rose are great people and very talented and experienced nail technicians. However, one thing worth mentioning is the services they offer tend to be as minimal as possible. For example, no special occasion upgraded mud treatment with long massage pedicure here or any other fancy or special upgrades. Made an appointment for 10:30. He asked me to come a little early. Walked in at 10:25 for him to give me an attitude about time. Then he argued for 10 minutes. Followed us out when we walked out. Got in my girlfriends face and put his hands on her! Tried pulling her back in the salon. Was still arguing even as we pulled away. Sonny was great he was so funny and did a wonderful job on my nails and toes. he asked me how i liked everything every step of the way to make sure it was just how i wanted it. My friend went with me and had his wife and she loves her nails and toes as well. we both got pink and white full sets with the white colored tips not the powder and they are really natural looking and are much thinner then the traditional pink and white which makes them look even more natural. It was a pleasure having them do our nails and if we lived closer we would go back for sure. i recommend going to them for you nail needs! read more

I went to get my nails done yesterday (a new full set with white tips) and decided to try a new place on my way home from work which ended up being Paris Nails and I left extremely unhappy/dissatisfied. Firstly, none of my nails even remotely similar looking with some of the white tips being easily half the size of others. Secondly, the top coat doesn't completely cover the nails leaving this awful sand paper-y chalk feel to them and looking horribly uneven in color and texture. Thirdly and the worst part of it was within three of them I found hair; three little dark black hairs. I went back the next day (today 9/17) and politely asked one of them to come to the front because I did not want to cause a scene or worry the customers they were with. As they came over the lady seemed to recognize the fact that there were hairs in the acrylic but when the man came over he denied seeing any hairs when they were very easily seen and obviously hairs. He first tried to convince me these black hairs were powder and when I told him that they were not powder he moved on to try telling me I was looking at the line that was left from filing down my nail, when I wouldn't accept either of those responses the woman asked what I would like and I said that I would like refund because what I received was not only not worth the $40 I paid but was also unsanitary and quite honestly disgusting, the man laughed at me, the lady after quickly offered to fix my three nails but appalled by the mans rudeness I denied and left. I will not be going back to Paris nails. They were very unprofessional and rude when handling my complaint, the nails were poorly done and extremely unhygienic. I'm very dissatisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone. I never write bad reviews but this place certainly earned one. read more

I have been coming to see arose and Sonny for 7 months now, every 2 weeks, for a gel manicure and sometimes a pedicure. I am a doctor, so I can attest to their cleanliness, but they also do not only amazing manicures that last over 2 weeks without chips- I choose to get them done every 2weeks due to growth, but they last much longer! I've been getting gel manicures for years, and theirs are the best by far. Plus, they are very sweet, gentle, and wonderful people providing top notch service with a smile and laugh! I just spent about two hours at Paris getting the most wonderful pedicure. I have had pedicures in places much more expensive than here with 75% less satisfaction and excellent service. Run by a husband and wife team, Sonny is so funny and makes you laugh. Rose is a perfectionist in her work. She did things and used tools I have never seen at other places which are considered "top of the line." They can't come close to the skill and professionalism, caring and highest quality Rose gave to me today. Their place is scrupulously clean, bright and cheerful. Save yourself some big money and come to this nail salon. I truly believe there is none better in NH. They deserve huge tips for the service they give and the prices they charge. Well, I have waited a few weeks to update my review because I didn't want to post when I was upset. I went for the second time to get a fill, I had an appt. with Rose. She wasn't there yet so Sonny started for her. The first time I was there, I was told over and over that if I didn't like something to tell them. So I did and Sonny got really upset with me. I do think the language barrier was a huge factor in the situation but it was unacceptable to be treated in that way. I asked him if he was going to push my cuticles back because that a usually part of the fill(in other places) (note I have been having my nails done for over 30 years) he told me when you go to McDonalds you get what you ask for, if I wanted a fill AND a manicure I should of asked. I stated that for the price it should be included. His wife came and they spoke in their native language (obviously about me) which I feel is VERY RUDE. She then said I'm not a nail tech and that he wasn't done. He had gone in the back and closed the door. Rose finished my nails and did a good job, but I will not be returning there again. read more
