Did not enjoy my experience at Soft touch. It is not sanitary at all. They reuse materials that they LEGALLY have to clean or dispose. It is worth familiarizing yourself with these laws to avoid nail salons like this. The nail tech was very aggressive with me when a nail was completely crooked. He angrily continued and hurt my hands due to his aggression. DO NOT GO HERE Edit: the nail tech was actually the OWNER and refused to fix my nails or refund me. After posting this review on yelp he had the nerve to CALL me and explain that I spent $30.00, and he had invested much more in this new salon. I'm very displeased with the service I received, and a business owner should be familiar with the laws on sanitation. When I revisited the salon asking him to fix it, he was using the SAME Emory board he did on me, DAYS prior. I was disgusted.

I went there for a pedicure one day with my mom and the lady that did my moms nails really beat up her toes and she said she was in pain when it was being done. The girl that did my pedicure seemed to space out a lot and overwork in certain areas but I wasn't in pain. With the hot stones she worked in the same spot over and over and didn't get to any other part of my leg I thought it was goofy. When looking at the pamphlet I saw that acrylics were 35$ and I was like ooo that's a deal so I decided to come in the next morning and i got the lady that did my moms pedicure and she really hurt my cuticles to the point where they are all scabbed up now. She put so much product on my nail and then sanded it all down so it's a bit uneven. After she painted them she filed the sides down again so they are all bare and chipped on the side. She didn't clip my nails before either so you can see my natural nails underneath and that's not pretty. And on top of all of that it ended up being 55$ and I have no idea why. If I had known that I wouldn't have gone.

I genuinely have never had a worse manicure experience than this. Fortunately, my mom got a lady who did very good, but I was stuck with a young man who did absolutely terrible. It seemed like he had never done nails before. I had 3 broken nails (I get dip on my real nails) and he wasn't planning on putting tips on to make all the lengths even until I asked him to. He put a tip that was far too big on my thumb and I asked him to use a smaller size. He messed up 3 times putting it on and kept ripping it off and retrying. The tips are so far off my nails stuff is going to get stuck between them and my real nails the entire time I have these. The dip is extremely lumpy and looks terrible. There is a mess around all my nails on every single finger that I tried to scrub off for quite some time but it is not coming off. I will never be returning here I am genuinely so disappointed in my experience. read more

I went in, there was 1 customer in the salon. 1! I asked if my nails could be filled and a basic white French be done. Pretty easy right? There were 3 (3!) Of them there! I was turned away, and told that they had no time. It's okay though, I went to Solar Nails (Kelly the owner did my nails, and they came out beautifully). After reading these older reviews, I can see nothing has changed there, and I'm surprised their still in business! Their loss, my gain! read more

Well I'm back to give them a pretty low review. Manicures are fine, staff isn't rude but not particularly friendly, either. I stopped going here because they have raised the prices to an absurd amount. $55 for dip manicure (with removal of old dip) and just up the street in Tilton the prices are $10 less. This place also needs a good cleaning, yikes it's dirty there how. Their hours were great, open every day but they need to take one day a week to clean the place. Pretty sure this place won't stay in business when they find out they'll have to pay taxes on the Venmo sales. Always discouraged credit card as payment and asked to pay via Venmo. I'm afraid they will find out the hard way of the laws that have changed for businesses in 2021. read more

I drove pretty far to try a well recommended nail salon and the lady I had was incredibly rude. Was throwing a fit bc she didn't want to do a French tip and was manhandling my hands the entire way through after I accommodated her and decided on just painting my nails one color. She left cuts and dust stuck to my hands and didn't want to except my debit card bc "Venmo was easier for her" after the horrible experience I was not going to accommodate her further. I am completely unsatisfied with this experience and do not recommend coming here. read more

Cleanly and attentive. My nail tech today, Brian, was incredibly attentive to detail and focused on doing a good job. He even asked another nail tech for help briefly when working on my toes. My feet are soft and the polish looks great. Hopefully it will hold up longer than my last pedicure. read more

Have been going since they opened. Ask for Helen, I only have her do my nails. My shellac lasts for 3+ weeks, which is the longest I've ever had it last. Every time, she does a fantastic job. Every single other nail place I've been to they last maybe a week on me. They also did a nice job on the interior, every thing looks clean and new. read more

AMAZING!!!! Best nail salon go-to in Franklin. This place is super clean and professional. The staffs and services are fabulous. Was sadly disappointed with this salon. They were busy okay that's understandable . We were told there would be a 30 minute wait. We were fine with that. So after waiting for more than a half hour a gentleman working there asked if we would like to go to lunch and come back. We were not happy. I will not go back. I hate wasting time read more

I booked a 2 PM appointment because my usual salon was fully booked, and I needed a new set. When I arrived, everything seemed fine at first, but things quickly went downhill. The technician who worked on me appeared unclean and was coughing and sneezing throughout the appointment without wearing a mask, which made me very uncomfortable. Even more concerning, none of the tools or the station were sanitized before I sat down--there were still visible nail clippings from the previous client. After soaking off my previous set, I was left waiting for 45 minutes to an hour before the technician returned. During the service, they were extremely rough and over-filed my natural nails to the point where they became red and painful. Once the acrylic was applied, I began experiencing a burning and throbbing sensation, and I now have what appears to be a chemical burn on multiple nails. The final result was not what I asked for. While the nails themselves are not terrible, they do not match the reference photo I showed, especially in terms of color and detail. For the price, I expected much closer attention to the design. At the end of the appointment, I was directed to wash my hands using a nail brush that was clearly being reused by multiple clients, with no separation between clean and used brushes. This raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, this was a very negative experience due to poor hygiene practices, lack of professionalism, and the physical discomfort I am still dealing with. I would not recommend this salon.

i have been coming to soft touch for about a year and a half now and they are all very friendly, have good attitudes, and they are always CLEAN. dont be afraid to ask for designs because they're usually able to achieve them to your liking, especially if you have pictures to show them. plus the prices are reasonable for nails with designs. if you don't like the shape they will happily fix it if you speak up. wait time has never been more than 20 minutes on a BUSY day but i get in fairly quickly 99% of the time and have never booked an official appointment- just walk in! but booked appointments always get serviced first (how it should be so it's fine!). if they're not busy and youre getting a pedicure and your nails done they will have two people work on you at a time. overall great experience here every visit! read more

This is the second time I have been for a pedicure and have left feeling amazing. The staff at Soft Touch really takes the time to give a relaxing massage, and a great pedicure. I don't feel rushed, and my toes look AWESOME! Jayden did my feet tonight and even gave me at tip to keep my feet soft until my next visit. They have a brochure, so you can see a description of what you're paying for, and they have (I think) 4 or 5 different pedi options. I really LOVE that I can pick my own scent for the scrub and lotion. I tried green tea last time, and did orange this time. OOOH and the hot stone massage....to die for! Definitely a 5-star pedicure in my book! read more

I used to hop around so many different salons, but all of them left me feeling unsatisfied. I found this salon on yelp and give them a visit. The staffs are friendly and make sure the clients are happy. The quality of products used are top notch. I appreciate a nail tech that values their customers' wants! I usually walk-in and get lucky, but I recommend booking an appointment to make sure they have enough time to do their jobs! I'll definitely coming back :) Give this salon a visit if you've been nail shop hopping! read more

I live in Manchester but I travel to Franklin just to get my nails done at Soft Touch nails because their services are wonderful and the shop is supper clean. The employees are very friendly and I always feel comfortable getting my nails and feet done. They have different pedicure choices and I always go for Soft Touch Ultimate one which helps my feet feel relaxing and amazing. My nails always turn out perfect and last for a few week. This is my only go to salon. I would recommend this salon to anyone. !!!! read more

This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. Everyone there is super nice and talk to you so it's not uncomfortable to sit there in silence. I recently went for a full set and a pedi which was AMAZING. Their chairs massage you while they work on your feet. Super relaxing. Not to mention the guy that does them is super attractive and has a kind smile. Andy and Helen are two of the nicest people I've ever met and I can't wait to go back! 10/10 recommend read more

Beautiful, new, much needed nail salon. Helen is awesome, I have had both pedi's and dip manicure's there, both are done immaculately. Ignore the one star gripe, if it's busy, you should just make an appointment or realize that it's not an exact science time wise. And if someone miscalculated, it's not the end of the world. Should have made the complaint at the shop, not hiding behind an semi-anonymous post in cyberspace. read more

This place is a relaxing end to a stressful week! The people are so sweet and personable, the pedicures are THOROUGH! and they even offer hot towels on your legs I posted a few pics if you haven't been in yet but YOU SHOULD GO! Very clean, quiet and bright. The pedi basins are lined with disposable covers, a plus The cutest part is that they even have kid size pedicure chairs!! read more

I will never go anywhere else!!! Beautiful and relaxing environment. I'm very loyal to this place, Helen is my go to. She's very meticulous and never rushes. I get the dip powder and last 3+ weeks and I'm hard on my hands and lift weights regularly. Relaxation level on pedicures is amazing! Highly recommend!! read more
