I made an appointment yesterday for 6:15p for the Shellac Gel Manicure service that's listed as available with pricing on this spot's website. I arrived and was told that they didn't offer that. I wasted my time, and that late in the evening couldn't get in anywhere else.

I really enjoyed this girls day and look forward to returning.

I decided to get a gel manicure and my nails chipped on DAY TWO. In the past when I've had gel nails, it lasts a week to weeks, this time it chipped very quickly. I'm going to hope it was an off day, but I think there's a lot of other good salons in the area.

Even better, the dry manicures ensure that I don't leave with my cuticles feeling like they got back from battle. The ambiance in the shop is very peaceful and well maintained. I went in initially on a Saturday afternoon, and the wait was pretty long as to be expected, so I sat in the little waiting area for my turn. The clients were yelling, and cursing and basically just being a stereotypical mess, but that doesn't really faze me, so whatever (if that would bother you, this may not be your spot). Got tired of waiting, so I left and came back early Sunday morning. It was a completely different place. The girls working (who are all sisters, and gorgeous btw) were very sweet, professional and funny. They were quick, did a great job and I was on my way. I'd go back on the less crowded days for sure.
