3 weeks ago I got a 5 star mani pedi. Today I got one not worth rating. One foot only got one coat of polish. I wasn't paying attention. I did not notice until I got home and couldn't go back. For years I went to Paris nails the 1st week or so of the year I went in for a fill and polish finger nails only .I gave a good tip when I received my bank statement I was charged over 120 dollars! Watch your bills it's easy to not see what's going on with their small card machine .My nails also took over an hour being done by a female. It's sad I really cared about Paris nails NEVER going back of course only gave the 1 star because that's as low as you can go .Service requested was just fill in and polish, quality was not good. read more

This is my usual nail salon, and I generally visit about once a year, just because overall it isn't worth paying so much for painted nails. I have to come in at least once a year to get the edges off my toenails clipped - I just can't do it as well as they can. Today I went in and was disappointed to learn they no longer carry OPI - they switched to only DND. I don't care for DND as much as OPI, so that will prevent me from coming in more often than once a year. I picked #522 pomegranate - and the polish and the application is terrible. It is somewhat shear and my mani is not consistent and blotchy. I get regular polish on both nails. I paid $62 - when you pay that much the application should be even. Honestly, I've done a better paint job at home. I usually do my nail's myself at home. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and really learned to care for them much better. Oh well, I wish I could literally just come in and have them clip my nail edges. read more

Hands down best place to go in Paris. The only other option is Lees nails. The same owner owns both nail salons but the acrylics and SNS are always better at Paris nails. It's a small town with only two options so be prepared to wait but that's to be expected I suppose. read more

I've been going to Paris nails for years now. Recently, I assume because of covid, they have raised their prices. A full set was $62!?!? And the guy couldn't even attempt to do the picture I showed.. which was marble nails... I watched a TikTok and did it myself. I gave them a second chance and next time got a full set and a pedicure... $80!!!! WHAT!? Before covid in March I got a full set for me and my daughter for 70 so why has it changed so much! I will not be back until they lower prices. read more

I wanted a full set with gel shellac which should've been $40 and a pedicure that should've been $30 according to their website and when I called but what I paid did not match their pricing At all. I ended up paying $117 !! That's almost $50 MORE than what I was supposed to pay. My full set is not worth more than the $40 that it was supposed to be, if that. All I got was one simple color for My pedicure and full set. My nails are uneven sizes and the shape is Not what I wanted at all. I'm not very happy with what I paid for. read more

Recently i went To Paris nails for last minute nails and it hasn't even been a week yet and I've had to go back and get 2 redone. Either because they broke off or paint peeled off. And when i went Back to get the two fixed he did the nail a total different shape and on the other the paint was all messed up. I get Acrylic nails all the time but this has been the worst I've Ever had. and currently at the time i have 3 that have paint peeled off of them. I won't go here again. Basically the tech just polished my toenails and massaged my legs. Only cut my nails, cut a few spots of cuticles. Didn't clean under nails. Came home and polish is ON my uncut not pushed back cuticles. The tech spoke to his coworkers constantly, except to ask if I wanted hot towels. It wasn't clear what was included in the pedicure. I didn't say anything to anyone because it was obvious they wouldn't heed my input. During the pedicure several techs without customers brought out food and ate while sitting on the pedi chairs. The floor was dirty and the unused stations were messy. Not too many choices for nail services in Mt Sterling. I'll drive farther next time. This is my first negative review. I usually give a second chance but this was a very pricey polish change. read more
