she made an appointment for haircut, I cancelled all my appointments just to have her cut my hair because somebody said she is a good hairdresser that day but never showed up she don't even reply messages even we knew she was active in online messenger we waited an hour looking like fools without any reply, if she told us she cannot come we will respect that or will be late at least we knew she probably thinks shes the best and she is special and just treated people like that, if I can give her zero star ill give what she deserve, I wont recommend her to anybody read more

Brandice and Mallory are incredibly talented, educated injectors and both are perfectionists! I am so glad I never leave there feeling pressured to get extra procedures, or to buy extra products. My absolute favorite aestheticians are Tiffin and Lauren, they are amazing! The experience is just relaxing and perfect each time. Of course, the facility is beautiful. It's always clean and wonderfully maintained. My only complaint would be that I can't get an appointment right away if I need to cancel one. But that's only because the book is always full. This visit he called me a half hour before my appointment to tell me that he was not going to be at the shop until noon. I had made my appointment four weeks earlier. He said someone else would do my nails. I got there at 9:15 and no one showed up until 930 .Kim was going to do my nails and I mentioned to her that John said he would not be in until noon. she said no he was on his way in now. John came in 5 minutes later and a lady Followed him in, and he sat down and began to do her nails. The problem was is that I felt he had not shared the truth with me and did not want to do my nails and pretty much kicked me to the curb. I just don't think it was good Customer Service or was it kind to not share the truth. He obviously either overbooked, or truthfully, did not care to do my nails. Which ever way, it is not a business that I would support.Kim did do a pretty good job, but I had not made my appointment with Kim. Mike,…read morethe shop owner, decided this would be a great piece for the apprentice and assured me that he wouldn't allow the apprentice to tattoo unless he had the utmost faith in him. I agreed, because I'm heavily tattooed and I think apprentices should get their chance to work on real customers. I regret allowing that to happen. We had to move the stencil six times. When he got to work, he couldn't follow the stencil. Eventually, we had to bring another artist in to try and fix his mistakes. It didn't look great. The healing process was terrible. I've never had such trouble with a tattoo. Most of the ink fell out and it doesn't even resemble an ampersand. It actually looks like I've got a prison tattoo on my HAND. Or something some teenager did with one of those beginner tattoo kits. Then the apprentice charged me $40 when Mike had previously quoted me $20. I felt bad for him too, because he tried so hard, so I gave him another $20. But this is not acceptable work. I would love to have my money back, especially now that my hand is permanently marred because of a serious lack of judgment on Mike's part. I wanted to write Mike directly before I left a public review, but the shop has no website or contact info so far as I can see. Anyway, if I were you, I would stay away from this shop or, at the very least, I wouldn't let the apprentice tattoo me.
