Ended up with a crooked nail. Prices are listed, but if you're new to getting your nails done, you don't know what they mean. Paid $26 for clear tips and paint. Guess it isn't too expensive, but you get what you pay for. I wanted colored tips, but they were dry rotted and could not use them. Not many tips to choose from. read more

Do not I repeat ever go here to get Sns nails. I got them done today and they were supposed to take off old sns before applying new. They drilled a bit off and did not remove the bottom layer before starting the new set. Color I picked on the swatch is not what it turned out to be. Bubbly nails of the wrong color. Never again. read more

This visit he called me a half hour before my appointment to tell me that he was not going to be at the shop until noon. I had made my appointment four weeks earlier. He said someone else would do my nails. I got there at 9:15 and no one showed up until 930 .Kim was going to do my nails and I mentioned to her that John said he would not be in until noon. she said no he was on his way in now. John came in 5 minutes later and a lady Followed him in, and he sat down and began to do her nails. The problem was is that I felt he had not shared the truth with me and did not want to do my nails and pretty much kicked me to the curb. I just don't think it was good Customer Service or was it kind to not share the truth. He obviously either overbooked, or truthfully, did not care to do my nails.
