This visit he called me a half hour before my appointment to tell me that he was not going to be at the shop until noon. I had made my appointment four weeks earlier. He said someone else would do my nails. I got there at 9:15 and no one showed up until 930 .Kim was going to do my nails and I mentioned to her that John said he would not be in until noon. she said no he was on his way in now. John came in 5 minutes later and a lady Followed him in, and he sat down and began to do her nails. The problem was is that I felt he had not shared the truth with me and did not want to do my nails and pretty much kicked me to the curb. I just don't think it was good Customer Service or was it kind to not share the truth. He obviously either overbooked, or truthfully, did not care to do my nails. Which ever way, it is not a business that I would support.Kim did do a pretty good job, but I had not made my appointment with Kim. Debbie gives me a mirror & demonstrates drying & styling methods. My nails are always done to my satisfaction. Joni keeps my tools used in a separate baggie, therefore no worry about infection! Victoria is a very friendly place& they treat you like family. All the hair & nail places I have been Victorian House is the BEST!!!
