Went in today for a Christmas pedicure. I had a $75 gift certificate from my birthday. The gentleman I got was rude not friendly at all, didn't even speak at the beginning. The stones were barely warm, and the "massage" was almost nonexistent. He practically barked at me where to put my feet and "BEND YOUR KNEE!" The finished product was ok at best. The snowflakes could have been more like the PHOTOGRAPH I took in. Mary left so I can not recommend this place anymore. They definitely need to learn some customer service skills. read more

I really loved this place, been going there for over 10 years but I probably won't go back again. I don't mind a short wait if they are busy, but I do mind someone telling me it's only a few minutes and then waiting over 40 when others come in after and have someone start them before me. And when I asked how much longer they said they were almost done, left the woman's feet beside me, picked up a towel and was going to start on mine. But if you are gonna be all up in someone's toes, at least have the decency to wash your hands off. That just made me wonder about the tools they use and so I just said "no thanks" and left. I left the salon so annoyed and upset. First I showed the man that I got sat down with what I wanted, he proceeded to laugh and say he can't do that. The whole time he kept pinching my fingers, pulling my arm and talking under his breath. I felt so uncomfortable. When he finished he said he was going to get a different lady to do the design, when she got there I felt relieved. Until I saw the Horrible flower she was putting on my finger. I was so upset and she noticed that but said nothing, I understand I should have said something and they could have taken it off but I hate confrontation and they already had an attitude with me. I am always happy with their service! Super deluxe pedicure is my favorite to do once a month.

It wasn't a terrible manicure, but no one spoke the whole time and I've had two nails with gel polish already mess up. The first one was my pinky nail and it was messed up when I left the store but didn't realize until I was at home and took a picture of my nails. You can see the pinky nail is a little poofy? The gel polish never set (I think it's old because of my second issue) and when I tried to flatten out the part that was peeling up, there was still wet nail polish underneath. After the technician was done painting my nails he put cuticle oil on my nails and I'm surprised he didn't say anything or try to fix it. Now, not even a week later, the nail polish on my middle finger peeled off. I will not be going back. read more

I came here for a ladies mani/pedi weekend afternoon time with some of my coworkers. This was the first nail salon I had been to since moving to the Belton/Temple area and it was a good choice! All of the pedicure tubs get fresh liners put in between clients, hot fresh water with a scoop of bath salts, and complimentary sodas, water, wine or a margarita to help you relax. The whole staff is very friendly and it was a pretty good deal for a deluxe pedi/mani combo! I will definitely be coming back for my next relaxation time! read more

I went into Paris Nails to get a polish change and nail art on two nails. The place is nice, but Tammy was very rushed! She did awesome designs, but put the top coat on and smeared the whole thing because it wasn't dry. I agreed to let her do my eyebrows while my new designs dried. As she's doing my eyebrows I realize the material she's using to rip off the wax feels odd. I tried to open my eyes and turn my head to see what she was using and she tried to keep my preoccupied. Turns out she was waxing my eyebrows with PAPER! Printer paper. The kind you write on! I am speechless. I will not be back and will continue to find a decent nail salon in Temple. read more

Had a horrible experience here today. Went to get a fill on my nails I had showed the man a picture of the shape I wanted he said he could do. Well they were no where close to what I showed him. So he redid the one hand that he messed up completely over. When gluing my nails on they were all tilting to the right I told him before he started cementing my nails and he said he would straighten them out but it was so bad I couldn't imagine them straightening....and of course I was right when he was done filing I lifted my hand to see they were all tilting to the right as if the wind was blowing them ‍ before I could say anything he told me to GET OUT! I've never been so rushed through in my life. The place was empty and I walked in for a mani/pedi. The guy rolled his eyes when I said I didn't have an appointment and sent someone else to talk to me. I was told to pick my color and to sit down so I did. I wasn't offered to choose what kind of pedicure, the lady just painted my toes and asked me to pay. I left confused and with no manicure. I did not come to simply have my toes painted and kicked out of the door, I came to relax and ended up leaving more frustrated. read more

First and last time. My wife and mother went to get their nails powder dipped. The tech that worked on my mother's nails did a good job and took his time.But, the tech that did my wives did a very poor job and rushed. My understanding is that dipped nails are suppose to last longer and be more durable. Within the first week one finger polish chipped off, and she returned and they fixed it. Two days later another one chipped and on another nail the dip is lifting off the nail. She returned again today to see if they may just redo all of them or possibly get a refund. They refused to do either, they did offer to just fix the broken ones. Unfortunately, she received the same tech that did not speak a single word. He did not even tell her when he was done. Took my 13-year-old daughter for a manicure. This was our first time at Paris... we had received a gift certificate. The tech rushed through the manicure and left her cuticles bleeding and sore. This was my 3rd visit to this salon, before I had this younger guy do it and he did great, this time I got the older gentleman, who dug in my nails and then rushed through the whole thing. When finally I showed him what I wanted he was so confused at a simple nail design... Then he went and got another girl and they just kept painting over what they had done. Finally I said I just want a simple different color and went and grabbed one. Another lady was going to do it instead of the older man. She again was going to paint over the gold, I had to stop her and ask her to remove the previous nail polish. She removed it then proceeded to paint, I had to stop her again and ask her to put on a base coat. Then she rushed though my nails and didn't even care what she was doing. Went here to get a pedicure with my boyfriend...we waited so long on someone to tend to us that our water was cold. Someone finally started on my pedicure but the gentleman rushed through it and it was hardly enjoyable. I was finished and rushed out to sit in the chair under the dryer while they started on my boyfriends pedicure. I ended up going back and sitting in the pedicure chairs because they were taking my longer on him. Both my daughters and also my granddaughter got there nails done broke a week later. My granddaughter sat there for 35 mins before she got her nails painted. They kept on skipping her over.. I have been to Paris Nails quite a few times, and each time it just got worse. This time, my daughter got her nails dipped, and they looked like a child did them. They were all bumpy and wide. I got a fill, and polished with gel polish, and it all chipped within 2 days. We also got pedi's, and I didn't pay much attention at the beginning, but after she was finished with me, she moved on to the next person and used the same implements with out even cleaning them. I received a wonderful pedicure from this place today. They were all very friendly. The tech that did my pedi was very good. He took the time to do a perfect painting of my toes. I have been searching for a good nail salon for the past year and a half in the Temple area and finally found it at Paris Nail Salon. All of the other nail salons I have visited in the area were either too expensive , did a horrible job, took FOREVER to do a mani and/or pedi (I'm talking 3hrs with no wait!), had limited nail polish colors to choose from, or all of the above. Paris Nails is decently priced, professional, quick, has a plethora of nail color polishes , and the employees and owner are all very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will for sure be going back. read more
