I will say that the store space itself is outdated and the dressing rooms need a facelift and new rugs - which is the main reason I am giving it 4 stars. This particular occasion I needed a bathing suit last minute. It's very pricey here and quality is questionable but it was convenient otherwise I'd never spend my money here. I came in, both sales ladies said hi and one came over to offer help if needed. I said thank you and smiled. After I found a suitable bikini, I went to check out. Maria Teresa, the one who offered help, also rang me up. I noticed a sign stating discount for Marriott members so I asked if this would apply to my purchase (sign says exclusions apply). With a smirk she said "of course it does, that's why it's there." I was like yikes! So, whatever, I called my husband to get his Marriott number and he said do you just need to see my number and she responds something to the effect of: yes, obviously. We were just so confounded by her attitude of disdain for us. We were very nice, store has zero customers and even my friend was like she was rude for no reason, we don't need this negativity on our vacation. So basically, they're useful for last minute needs but just unnecessarily rude customer service.

They also have a great selection of snacks from low end to high end. And of course the high end products don't have price tags. I was in the search for some fine chocolate. I looked all over for a chocolate shop, but didn't see any. Later I was told I waked right by the best one that has a super big chocolate fountain. Opps!!! I guess I should have asked around. Well, here we are at Tutto. They had a good array of chocolate bars. It's not what I had in mind but it had to do. I explored all the options and settled on the Venchi Bar 85% extra dark. Of course there wasn't a price tag so I was surprised at the cost when they rung me up. If I had know the price I would have passed. I already had it in hand and didn't see any other options so I bit the bullet and paid for it. As it turns out we never had that chocolate eating craving so it didn't get eaten on our trip. It did successfully made it home and a week later it was opened. I had a square and decided it just wasn't for me. It was just too dark and not sweet at all so I let my husband have it. I actually bought it for him as he's the one that likes dark chocolate. I'm more of a milk chocolate fan. I'm glad he enjoyed it.

I don't have a specific sales associate here, so I've worked with a few different ones during my visits. They're always happy to show me around and ask what I'm looking for. This is the plus sized sister store to One Monarchy (there are several in the Miracle Mile Shops), and when I wandered in for a shirt but saw this dress, I knew I had to have it. I only needed a small, however, and rather than let me leave the shop, Shivonne called a colleague from down the way and had her run it over to me in about 2 minutes. Saved me time, effort, and gave me more time to peruse around her storefront! Smart lady. You will absolutely find unique and creative pieces here (I'm still regretting not getting a particular blue coat!), and if Shivonne is in the house when you arrive, prepare to spend all of your little money! She's great at what she does.

Miss Sixty offers up unique takes on denim and other casual ware - with their sassy cuts…read more Though their stuff is pricey, and you may have to endure trying on a good number of different sizes, since many of their jeans have strange cuts and are made from varied material - you can get a personal guarantee that once you find the right Miss Sixty piece - you will want sixty more of them. Perhaps my favorite thing about the current Miss Sixty collection is that they're fashion forward and are bringing back overalls. They've added stretch to them, made them short and bootylicious, and injected some 'tude into them. Mark, the guy helping us at this specific Miss Sixty was extremely personable, helpful, and outgoing. He went out of his way to check in with each of us to see if we were interested in trying stuff on, and recommended that we check out the Miss Sixty outlet nearby, and extended his family and friends discount to us. Unfortunately the cute pair of booty-alls that I tried on, were far too expensive for me and due to length, I could probably only wear them in Vegas, but it's reassuring to know, as an overalls collector - that there's a fashion line just as excited about straps attached to pants as I am.

They are a perfect fit and give me a nicer booty and leaner legs. Also, I get the most compliments on my Miss Sixty boots and heels than any other shoes I own. I must say, my closet is probably 1/3 Miss Sixty. We happened to come across the new Miss Sixty store in The Forum Shops, located in the old Diesel store. Unfortunately, it's not in the best part of the mall (in the back by Niketown) and the layout of the store is pretty bad, plus they are remodeling the robotic statues right in front of it. Whoever did the merchandising displays did a good job though, because we liked the pieces on them. Nicole tried on a super hot bustier dress and Jessica tried on a bootylicious short jumper. While they were perfect for Vegas, they were a bit too hard to wear in SF. It would just be too much fabulousness for The City to take. Tragic. Mark, who was helping out the store but really worked at the Miss Sixty outlet, was super friendly and totally did not pressure us into buying anything. In fact, he suggested that we check out the newly opened outlet store because they had gotten a recent shipment of new arrivals from the current collection. On top of that, he extended his 30% off Friends & Family discount to us! Now that's superior customer service.
