The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star - is the sales woman was all over me, until another customer arrived. She talked. She showed me things I wasn't interested in. And when I needed help she was too involved with the next customer. While in vegas just trying to find something, while we were barely at the entrance of the store with two kids, the owner manager or whoever yelled at us, telling us to either enter the store or leave within five minutes because it kept beeping. Not a way to treat customers. No wonder the store is EMPTY. I hardly write reviews, but this isn't how you should treat customers. It's no wonder we didn't see anyone in the store. I purchased a fur pink wrap/waist coat for my lady that I intended to give to her as a xmas present. She has a black one just like it (more below) & HAD to have the pink one too. I had the associate put it in a box as I intended to wrap it up. The associate first said they don't have boxes but eventually found a plain brown one that was 'good enough' (there is a point to the box in this review). Long story short I gave my girl something else at xmas & gave this to her at New Years Eve (2021). I should have known something was wrong immediately when I took it out of the box to transfer it to the tote bag (no need for wrapping at New Years) & one of the 'faux pearls' (it has a ring of them) had fallen off. I thought 'well its only 1 pearl & I can get that fixed'. After my lady tried it on, 2 more had fallen off & when we looked at the back a seam had split. I thought 'ok, well I guess I'll take it back'...that's when the real fun began. I tried to return it right away but the associate that I'd originally dealt with was absolutely no help & dismissive so I asked to speak to the Manager (Magalie) & was informed she wouldn't be back until Tuesday. In the mean time I also noticed there was no label on the coat, not even an impression of where the label should have been, no stitch marks etc. (MAJOR Hint maybe!) When I returned Tuesday Magalie was already on the defensive (I had phoned her & the associate had told her I'd be in). I was given a TOTAL run around "I purchased this myself & it wasn't in this condition", "I've been in the business 21 years, I'd never sell anything like this". When I explained that I had it put in a box & maybe something happened in the packing I was told "we don't have boxes"...so basically I was being told I was a liar. I've never been this insulted in my life. I live my life by a code of integrity that I take pride in. I asked her if she thought I was trying to 'scam her' (e.g. replace it with a different one or otherwise purposefully damaged it), I had the receipt showing it came from their store. Again I kept getting a story about how they'd never sell anything like it, the coat had been 'worn' (yeah my lady tried it on and wore it for a bit..sue me). I pointed out there was no label and again was told "I picked this out myself & would never sell something in this condition" (right so I'M the liar again!). I paid $900 dollars for this item, I got nothing but accusations & innuendo about how I/we must have done something wrong. As noted above my lady has a black fur coat with exactly the same design that I bought her at Schooz across the hall from this place (great store highly recommended). No problems with it at all so I didn't expect these kinds of problems with this pink one. But it's not the problems with the coat that galls me (I'm getting it fixed) it was the extreme attitude of entitlement, air of 'superiority' from Magalie without any hint that hey 'stuff happens'. Maybe it was "nobody's fault" (as in neither of us was out to purposely cause a problem) but that didn't cross Magalie's mind at all so I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this establishment again & I highly recommend staying away. read more

I give this store a one star rating, if I could, I would have given it a -10. I saw a dress in the window that I thought was perfect for the Air Force ball. My mother in law, daughter and I decided to go in and check it out. As we walked in, I could feel the women staring at us. We were dressed very casually. So I did not think too much about it. We walked around and looked at some other dresses. One sales lady asked if we had any questions. I said yes, can this or dress be ordered? The older lady said "No, the owner only bought that dress in a junior size. It wouldn't fit me, it won't fit you, and it won't fit her and she's skinny, pointing at the other sales lady. They're made for, well you know, tiny Asian girls." The tall blonde want- to-be Donatella Versace lady says as she looks me up and down staring at the front pocket on my sweat shirt. "What size are you?" I felt completely judged and did not want to tell her I was a 10/12. So I simply said, "I don't know." She grabbed a dress off the rack, (something my mother would wear) lifted it up, stretched the material out to compare it to the size of my body, and says," I think you're about a 14/16." As she did this she fixed her eyes on the pocket across my tummy and said talking down to me, "See, this stretches and will cover your problem area." First of all, my tummy is pretty flat, not big at all! I was appalled, humiliated, be littled, horrified, and disgusted. I don't remember the conversation after that, and I left the store in tears. This store will never be a high class store if it continues to hire low class sales people. When my 11 year old daughter says to me "Mom, those ladies were mean and they should think before they speak. We learned that in kindergarten." Clearly there's an issue. They should be ashamed of their behavior! Truly a poor reflection on the store owner as well as Paris the hotel, for allowing them to continue to treat people this way. read more

Came in here while traveling with my mother on vacation and came in looking for an elegant dress to go out in. When purchasing the dress the sales agent when checking out said just bring the dress and proof of sales back within 10 days we can return it. She NEVER said that you couldn't return it for your money back BUT CAN ONLY RECIEVE STORE CREDIT! We never ended going out to a club and I am currently in the store trying to return this dress and I am disgusted. In tiny tiny print it says on the receipt that says no refunds and in the smallest tiniest sign that no one would ever look at says no refunds. It's like the are trying scam you because they know you'll return it due to the cheap make of the clothing. The sales women are rude and stand over you the whole time and watching you and you can literally feel their presence on you. Patrica was literally hovering over my mother and talks to her giving her this attitude saying "well ma'am when you return it you have $132+sales tax so you'll have to spend $152 and if you go over you'll have to pay for the rest." Everyone understands how to return store credit. I ask to speak to manager and OH YEAH THEY DONT HAVE A MANAGER JUST AN OWNER THAT HAS NO PRESENCE IN THE STORE. Kathy was very nice but wow Patrica was so nasty! Beware of places like this because they would go out of business without this. read more

Nice clothes, not seen other places. A little pricey, but not too bad.

From the moment I entered the store the older white woman was not interested in assisting me. I am a size 12/14 and as soon as I began looking at dresses she was telling me they would not fit me. I told her "you have size large and size 12 right here" and she said "but you look bigger". I was appalled she would insult a customer in that manner. I have actually purchased clothing from that store before including dresses and they were nice but I will NEVER spend money there again. She was very rude and when I asked for her name she refused to give it. Horrible customer service, horrible attitudes and their clothes are cheap quality from what they used to be. Don't waste your time or money and if you are over a size 6, don't bother walking in or the old white lady will fat shame you. read more

My wife and I went in Paris Line on Saturday March, 9, 2019. We noticed a beautiful blue dress in the window that we liked and went in the store. Kathy waited on us and our experience could not have been more pleasant! Kathy knew what size dress my wife should wear and the one in the window fit her perfectly. Kathy spent a long time with my wife helping her arrange the scarf with different lengths and shapes. She gets an 11 out of 10 for customer service and definitely 5 stars for product quality and customer satisfaction.
