They have earrings, necklaces and rings, adorned with different gemstones and crystals. They even have rare estate jewelry. There are special treasures to be found in here. Chad first said hello & I told him what I needed & gave him my watch. Than this woman joan co-owner, Was extremely UNFREINDLY, there was no hello, no greeting at all. Very curtly told me that if I could leave watch there it may not be looked for a good hr as the battery guy is working on the alarm system & looked at him. "you can hear that noise right" Joan said very sarcastically to me. An alarm going off- so what I was thinking - go about your business as normal. There's no fire, Joan could of gave really good customer service or decent customer service but "CHOSE" not too! Last time there! As a co-owner pretty disappointing, NOT your finest moment AT ALL Joan! (I was in A keg restaurant 2016 in Banff when alarm went off for a good 30min.. big deal still ate my meal.) I brought two watches to get battery replacements and they quoted me $15+GST. When I came back after 15 minutes they told me they couldn't replace the battery in the Skagen. Then the tech couldn't put the back plate back onto my Hugo Boss watch. She had to take it to the sister store to get it put back. They have a 6 month warranty on the battery replacement and I paid $15.75. All in all the experience was quite subpar. They should have recognized the Skagen and told me immediately that they wouldn't be able to do it there. Then they should have gotten the back on my watch on before I came back to pick it up.

She then took some sort of thin edged tool and tried to pry the back off. When she couldn't get the back plate off, she took what looked like a small hammer and started pounding on the blade until the back plate popped off. I had never had to do this when replacing the battery myself and was shocked at what I had just seen. She put a new battery in but could not put the cover back on. After several attempts, she gave it to another person who looked to be the goldsmith and he managed to pop it back in place. I wore it out of the store and less than 10 minutes later, the cover was again loose and only the tension of the band kept it in place. I looked closely at the cover and noticed the edge had been rolled over and only after taking it home and straightening the cover lip, was I able to properly snap it back in place. This business is a complete joke.
