The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.

Yes, they are in their boxes because it is far easier for a shoe hoarder to store and organize ones collection.
