When I arrived at this shop with my granddaughter and the person behind the counter was chilling in a chair engaging with her phone and didn't ask if she could help us or anything. At one point, after being there about two minutes just viewing the products in the case the person said, without looking up from her phone, let me know when you're ready. I said, I'm ready!!!
