Can't say enough about Ashley who checked in on our fur babies while we out exploring the area! She is professional but yet treated our 2 standard poodles like they were hers. We were out longer than expected, sent her a text saying we would be later than expected. Ashley went and checked on our girls providing true peace of mind!! I wish more campgrounds offered pet setting services. This is a wonderful place for photographers and astronomers of all levels. So much to see and do!

Although they don't have a dedicated RV dump station, she said it was fine to use the water and sewer hookups from any of the unoccupied RV sites. And there's electricity. - modern AC - porch swing with excellent view - showers and restrooms are clean; blue toilet water - fair prices for incidentals at the local store; they have block and crushed ice - nice woman tending the store CONS - prickly burrs, especially on green areas, make it a pain for dogs. - about 20 minutes from the Bryce Visitors Center is a bit too far. - need a potable water station, only one I could find was the sink in the store - no outlets by the beds - one of the windows was missing a screen so it was unusable; LOTS of flies nearby, so many F'ing flies! - very noisy when vehicles drive on the gravel - you sit around and waste time if you arrive between 11-1 as they're closed.

We loved the shuttle! With a park pass, you can ride it free. The shuttle stops at all the main sights within the canyon as well as the campgrounds & lodge. It also stops several places within the town. The RV sights were spacious with beautiful views. Trees in every space. They also offer tent camping & teepees. The community showers are locked with a code needed to enter as well as some of the restrooms. All were very clean & smelled good. The campgrounds also have a shuttle service that will take you to places on & off the campgrounds. They offer a reasonably priced laundry with needed supplies for purchase. The room was very clean & well kept. The dryers take quarters or electronic payments. Ruby's is more than just an Rv park with many activities & things to do. There is a cowboy town with ice cream & cookies. A general store with souvenirs as well as a good selection of groceries. We went to Ebeneezer Barn & Grill in the evening. The food was surprisingly good & we watched a Bluegrass band. I highly recommend this as a vacation spot for families!

They were even able to accommodate my half-giant of a husband with a large, sturdy horse! The guide took pictures for us any time we wanted, and was very flexible.
