Parfums Raffy & I go back a long way. This is a family owned business and was established back in 1988. Long time, right? This chic, elegant, classy, beautiful store literally sells everything from a large selection of unique & exquisite perfumes, colognes, candles, bath & body & home fragrance products. One smell of anything, and you are in HEAVEN! Walked in on the 20th of this month after having lunch at Jinky's just to browse the store. As I was going through the aisles, my eye caught 2 perfumes that I have purchased from them before. I was low on both perfumes and needed to replenish them. 1st one (one of my favorites) Anais/Anais by Cacharel, and the 2nd one is a beautiful black bottle by Versace, Crystal Noir. Rosie, (his wife is the sweetest and most helpful. There were other customers there that were passing out samples of their new arrivals. She sprayed few other perfumes on a blotter for me to see if I liked anything else. I did, but stuck to my 2 favorite perfumes. Store was fully stocked with everything and super clean - even the display windows and cases. If you haven't already given this store a chance for beautifications, there is no time like the present! Every product has its own value and price. Prices are very affordable compared to the prices at any one of the department stores. Bought both perfumes and left this gorgeous, lovely store! Private parking lot. read more

There are times where you can shop around for the best price. There are times when you cannot afford to go cheap. Raffy's takes out the guess work! This is now the only spot I go to for cologne & perfume! Raffy's has something for every palette and a range for every wallet. Go see it for yourself! Parfums Raffy has the width and breadth of options which is made simple by the owner Raffy and his lovely bride who have the height and depth of wisdom in this field! 10 out of 10! read more

This is wonderful family run business. I trust "RAFFY" to give me good advice when I purchased such an intimate gift for my sweetheart. I have been coming here for 30 years, "Raffy" fills his store with premium merchandise. You can't go wrong and I know with some purchase amount he may offer free shipping. read more

What an absolute delight it is every time we visit Parfums Raffy. It's an entertainment. This shop reminds me of the way mid century luxury boutiques were operating. The best place to find a very special gift for someone from a modest price to an expensive rare fragrance. We have been shopping there for decades. Raffi himself is one of the nicest people you can meet. He is gracious knowledgeable extremely helpful and he has his own line of perfume! So unique that you cannot find it anywhere else! . I wish him many years of success hoping we can have a privilege of shopping there for many more years. read more

Wow this place is incredible. Raffy is so knowledgeable and friendly. Helps you find what you're looking for and seems to actually care and enjoy his job. Can't believe it took me this long to go here. Definitely check it out! read more

Bad customer shopping experience. Entitled store, pressures you to hurry up, does not have any parking despite parking lot advertised, parking supervisor would not let me park in the parking lot Raffy advertises as theirs - said it was for Mel's (next door) only. When asked about parking they said they do have parking but you only have 'X' minutes to park there and buy something before you need to leave or you will be towed. The selection is good but the experience does not make the prices worth it. If you are going to spend on a luxury perfume...go somewhere that makes the environment and experience worth the money you are spending (Larchmont Blvd, Beverly Hills' Neiman or boutique perfume store on Beverly Drive, even Topanga Mall.) There is a limit on how many fragrances you can smell, which is understandable considering their perfumes are pricey and they don't want to waste them, but if you're spending hundreds of dollars it's the least they can do, I've never experienced that or any limit in general at any other high end perfumery. Over all, not worth the experience or money, go somewhere else actually worth it. Very shameful and disrespectful experience. Experience does not match the transaction price. Large inventory is only positive. Would never go back. read more

What a great experience at this store Raffy and his wife were excellent. This was the first time I have been to this store and I am now a fan for life. I dislike going to other stores and they not having samples, Raffy had high end samples and I was able to purchase high end perfumes. Excellent customer service and just a great experience. Great experience in every way. Super large selection. Rosy and Raffy are very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was happy. Definitely my "go to" for perfumes and colognes going forward. read more

I was not impressed with this place. Don't get me wrong. They sell fine, authentic, niche fragrances from such houses as Parfums de Marly, Mancera, Initio, Ormonde Jayne, Boadicea the Victorious, and Goldfield & Banks, just to name a few. I even appreciated the fact that the employees/associates spray samples for you on test strips to avoid waste. My issue was with the service. It was abhorrent. I was there on a Saturday afternoon. I made some small talk with the owner revealing that I am a cologne collector and fragrance enthusiast. There was one other customer in the store who was purchasing about 5 expensive fragrances that were being gift wrapped. I understand the magnitude of this sale, but it was not necessary to have two individuals tending to that customer while ignoring me. Sorry Parfums Raffy. Your loss. I was ready to buy BTV Green Sapphire that day. I will take my business to Beverly Hills Perfumery. read more

I'm in love with this business! Family owned, large variety of perfumes/cologne. Rosey greeted me as soon as I came in. She was so polite and patient with me and that is always an immediate bonus for me. She educated me on the various types of perfumes and I was so impressed I had to make a purchase. Raffi was there too and he was also very polite and professional when speaking to me. I'm a local and I'm so happy I found this place! The perfumes are authentic and the service is amazing! I am just getting into niche fragrances, so I have visited multiple perfume shops to find something that speaks to me yet, never have I ever felt more welcome than I did in Parfums Raffy. The owner Raffy taught me so much and walked me through his collection according to my taste in perfumes. He treated me like I was one of his most loyal customers and it made me want to be just that, a loyal customer. I ended up getting Montale Arabians Tonka, BDK Vanille Leather, and BDK Rouge Smoking. Businesses like these need more support and exposure!! read more

I am so happy I decided to stop here. I felt it was time for me to finally get a "smell" for myself, and after driving by here for years, I decided to stop by. Raffy was so kind, professional, and patient. I gave him a very basic idea of what I thought I liked, a price range, and we went from there. I left with a few samples and came back a week later and bought 2 that I fell in love with! When I came back to buy my perfumes, my grandma and sister came with me. My sister started from scratch like me, and my grandma brought in a perfume she's worn for years but has been discontinued. Raffy smelled it and went straight to a perfume that smelled nearly identical. My grandma was so happy! Seriously, I can't state enough how great of an experience this was. I was really intimidated going in to it, but left so happy. Raffy was not pushy at all and was just so helpful. I recommend that everyone tries this place, and will definitely be coming back here! read more

Fantastic experience in every way. I'm new to niche and high end cologne, so I didn't know what to expect from Parfums Raffy. They have an amazing selection, the option to purchase samples of high end niche fragrances, and the owner, Raffy, was extremely helpful, and informative. Even though many of these fragrances can be found for less online, I am happy to pay the premium to support the wealth of experience and excellent customer service I received here. Thank you Raffy! Mom and I have been coming here for over 20 years when they were located right off of Sepulveda under Jeanette and Tony's ownership. They have since retired but their son Raffy and his wife have taken over and moved next to Mels Diner! It's always a wonderful experience when you come in! They have amazing rare and exotic perfumes.
