Took our family computer to them to inquire about virus removal...We were duped and taken advantage of. Computer never worked correctly again and a couple of weeks later it was dead. The out of pocket cost was well over $200 which would have been better utilized by purchasing a new computer. We had never heard of them but noticed them while taking a walk on Main St and noticing the sign. We could never reach the owner again and never received any type of follow up after leaving several messages. They took the money and ran. Shameful and Shady for sure. Stay away.
