After signing over the $20,000 insurance check to Future Contracting and Estimators the chase was on! Ralph's crew came out and started to replace the roof, and they left the mess for us to clean up , the roof started leaking!!! We called Future Contracting and Estimators over 100 different times with the promise they will come and repair it. Guess what here we are several years later and they never showed up. We finally had to hire another company to come and repair the roof of a cost of over $5000! My advise do your research and find a insurance adjuster that is actually licensed in Rhode Island and not just a General Contractor posing as a Insurance Adjuster! Do your homework on this company!

Zero for FUBAR…read more FUBAR contractors still will not return the money they obtained fraudulently and did not do the work for. It took Wreck-it Ralph 8 months to start work, didn't do emergency repairs in interim, put a hack roof on that's violating code per building inspector and stole 40, 000 insurance funds. Still hAs our money and we have not been able to get any repairs done in 3 years because of wreck-it RAlph and FUBAR contractors. He is not supposed to call in insurance claims , don't let him call yours on and steL the money like he did to us. He will turn around and sue you if you complain to the DBR and contractor board . Do yourself a favor and hire a licensed Public Adjuster who legally follows ethical and fiduciary codes regulated by the DBR. Ralph and Fubar are currently under review by DBR on my case as well as highlights resurfacing from FUBARS warnings and notices of prior complaints against them Do Not Trust! FUBAR - they are shameful, no integrity or soul . Who does this knowing children live in the home ? . He put things in easy to understand terms regarding my different coverages and did so in an empathetic and understanding manner. There was never a question whose side he was on -- he was on my side. The whole way. Even after the fire and construction ended, he has been an invaluable resource for navigating insurance companies and how best to deal with what at times feels like a stacked deck. He has been patient with me the entire time (thankfully, because I am a bit of a panicked and "gotta fix this now" kind of person) and I'm glad he was my adjuster through that challenging time. They sent a email stating since the ice build up they picked up more business and basically dumped us. ( we know the real reason).The rest of the email was a bunch of BS. I dealt with a General Manager who has zero people skills, lots of story telling . The estimate had a $115,000 error. He ignored my texts, emails, and telephone calls. This is the worst company that I ever dealt with. It's not about the Homeowner it's all about them. We are so relieved that they are gone. Find yourself a better company. Zero rating ! I was introduced to Matt through another company when my Cambridge condo had recent extensive water damage, causing somewhere between $40-50K in damages / repairs. I live in California now, and rent my condo out. Matt took all the stress off my plate. He was available right away, ALWAYS responsive in phone, text or email, and worked seamlessly with my insurance. Due to the damages, I had to have flooring and sub flooring taken out and reinstalled, walls opened up, repaired, new cabinets, new paint throughout the condo, reinstall a granite countertop, a new backsplash, along with electric and plumbing work...he took care of either doing or coordinating it all. He went above and beyond, with nothing going unnoticed. He came across many obstacles along the way, but would call me once there was a solution to the problem, or after it was already taken care of.
