That pork was divine, and we all agreed it was the star of the night. Our friendly server also recommended two different wines - a white from the area and a red. Both were great and perfect pairings with our meal. We ended with dessert which was torrejas and a homemade strawberry ice cream. I loved them both. Each dish had such a stunning flavor and this was easily one of the best restaurants we went to in the Soller area. If you want to order Paella make sure you go to their website and contact them a day ahead of time so they can prepare it for you. The chef came outside a few times to check on everyone which I thought was so sweet and really shows how much he cares about the quality of the food he serves.
