Every two weeks I go and see Thao to get my haircu. She is very very very good and she takes her time doing her job! If you have time you should go see her because she is just excited at what she does!! read more

Ask for Thao. Best barber in Northern VA. been my barber for a couple years now and I can honestly say she gives the best haircut I've ever had! Trimmer. scissors. Straight razor. Great cut... every time!!! read more

all the good reviews are fake.. or his inside known persons maybe write that. now i checked they ve so many bad reviews too. well the bold guy doesn't know how to cut hair. before me there other customer he really disappointed about his hair cut. then my turn, he massed my hair. he asked me so many questions about hair. i thought wow he knows. but he is stupid. i told him not to do too short . i stopped him few times but keep adjusting then destroyed my hair.. i paid $30 and just wasting my money & time. i need to wear cap for the ugly hair cut. read more

First time getting haircut and they cut exactly how I wanted, fade was clean and the top was perfect!!!

Service here is amazing! The employees there were so kind and friendly! Tyler was so professional! The vibe was nice.

Excellent barber, wonderful skills with both scissors and clippers. Went here since I'm new to the area and needed a new barber and will be returning here in the future read more

Joel decided not to cut my nine year old son's hair today because he thought he moved around too much. F you Joel. F you Tyler. You just lost three customers and everyone I will ever talk to about haircuts. I worked hard in the service industry myself and didn't refuse service to anyone. Much less a repeat customer that requested me personally. You ass. Hijo de puta. read more

They fit me in right before closing. Really reasonably priced - I think it was $23 pre-tip. Excellent hair cut.

Best fade (men) in the area. Tyler was excellent. Great service and ambiance. Tried many stores in the area but this was the best.

Great first experience in Aug 2018. Clean place. Courtesy cold water bottles. In and out on a Friday afternoon. Tyler, the owner, did my cut - '2 on sides, thin top and take an inch off, trim brows and straight razor neck - executed perfectly. Hot towel to finish. All for $17. Cash only with ATM in shop. My new barber for sure! See my 3 pics. read more

Nice walk in place , cash only ,has ATM inside, the waiting chairs sits facing the person getting their hair cut

Seldom a wait for a detailed cut. Reasonable prices, friendly, courteous and always clean. Great clipper skills! read more

I went here regularly from 2009-2013 but then stopped going because the staff are so inconsistent in their abilities and I also got really tired of getting the guy who smells like cigarettes. read more

Decided I needed to finally try out a local barber shop for a simple buzz and snip cut. Parc City does the job efficiently and well. It's a small, typical shop in a plaza. Wait for a barber's chair to open up, tell them what kind of cut you're looking for, and they'll get right to it. A hot towel and a neck cleanup are part of the cut at the end as well. I'll be coming back for any simple cuts I need in the future. Cash only. read more

Nothing fancy old school haircut. It was a very good cut. I'd give them 5 stars, buy you gotta accept credit cards.

I am glad I found this place. Been going for 6 years. Very friendly and polite. They take their time. A good 30 minutes in the chair. Normally don't have to wait as I go around 2:00PM usually. One thing that bothers me (hence the missing star) is they don not clean the combs or brushes or anything between cuts. Same apron too. Now they have two TV's on the wall opposite mirror which is a good distraction. The last time I went to a Hair Cuttery (Rt. 50) in 2006, the rude Asian girl left my ear 1/2" higher one side. Big hurry. Unforgivable. She never stopped talking in her native tongue the entire time. 12" from my ear. read more

Make sure you come here with no allergies!!! Lady going by Joanne cant hear a cough.....she will ask you to go to the back and seclude yourself after spraying windex all over!!' Horrible customer service from this lady! What it pisses me off the most is that I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for well over 2 years. The only reason I will come back will be because of Joel. He is a great barber!!! read more

Parc City Barber - That's the very rude stylist! - Barbers Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

Tyler is the man! He gives a consistent great cut and is personable and easy to talk to. I'm pretty picky about my barber, and he fits it all. read more

Park city barber's new management has been amazing! Their cleanliness, new chairs, and complete updates are just what this place needed. Ask for Tyler- the new owner. He is skilled, friendly and the type of barber you have for life. Amazing job and amazing turn around! GREAT JOB, TYLER!!! read more

Love this place. I go here once a month after my orthodontist appointments. I've tried a lot of barber shops over the years, and this one takes the cake. The interior isn't anything special, but the service and haircuts are. I just walk in, give them general parameters (clippers on the sides, scissors on the top, cut what you feel is necessary, but leave what you can) and I walk out looking like a million bucks every time. These people are true professionals. i think the price is like 13? i usually just hand them a 20 and say "see you next month!" I think I'm going to get a shave too next time. read more

What a terrific barber shop. It is always clean, except for the stray hairs on the floor. Tyler is professional in every way. One of the great features he offers is appointments. I can text him and arrange for an appointment at my convenience. Imagine walking into a barber shop and your barber's chair is empty and waiting for you! What will they think of next??? read more

No appointment necessary. They do a great job. read more

Parc City Barber - Barbers Near Me - Sterling, Virginia

I've been coming here for many years, through at least 2 owners. Perhaps I've been lucky to have gotten to this age without any service person anywhere in the world essentially begging for more of a tip. That is what happened today. I offered a tip that was 17.64% of the bill, and the woman who cut my hair stared pointedly at my open wallet. The message was clear: that isn't enough. I added $1 and walked out. If this is the way you want to be treated when you have your hair cut, go for it. I am going elsewhere. read more

Wife forced me to the barbers, and since we just moved to Sterling, I relied on proximity and reviews to narrow down my choice. I was a walk-in on a Thursday morning and was immediately seated for my shearing... it was that bad. The safety protocols seem to be adequate, the haircut was done with clippers and comb (no # guide guards), and the cut was efficient and good looking. The $19 price was acceptable, so I will try them again before determining if this will be my go-to barbershop. read more

Had just landed in needed a haircut and trim so stopped by here while grabbing food from Toosoo. Got seated right away and got a decent haircut. Asked for a beard trim with a straight razor and it was unfortunately pretty bad. Beard wasn't even at all and honestly, I could have done a better job with an electric razor. Prices were reasonable but not worth the quality of the haircut. Don't love that it is cash only as wel. Don't think I will be back. read more

I've had a lot of haircuts in 40 plus years, and I would rate this as good as any I've ever had. It's a great experience where not only did I get a great haircut but they do the shave and hot towels and the whole deal. I tipped her double the cost of the service because I was so pleasantly surprised by how professional and amazing the experience was. Highly recommend ! read more

New ownership Effective 1 May. I started coming here in March 17 and had been using Tyler for my weekly haircut. He is a very nice guy with good skills. Today I went in and he told me he bought the place and so answered my question as to why he was in the first seat LOL. I've also noticed the other barbers in there do a pretty good job on skin fades and I'm gaining confidence in trying Joel or one of the other ladies in chair 3. While waiting I've noticed them do a really good fade too. So for me, I might try them next time if Tyler has someone in his seat. I just like to stay with one barber. I read the mixed reviews leading up to my first visit but am glad I came in and will also be using them as my family barber for my kids as they're kid friendly. read more

This barber shop is close to home which is why I decided to try it out for my son (10 years old) We have had bad luck finding someone to cut his hair properly in the last few months. Tyler was awesome! He did exactly what we asked and joked around with my son which put us both at ease immediately. Tyler knows what he is doing. We will definitely go back! read more

Great barber shop! I have been coming here for the past 4 years and Joel always does a great job! He takes his time to know what you want and doesn't rush the process. 5 star service read more

Ok, let me just say that after living here for almost a year and having to settle with Hair Cuttery's unprofessional/rude staff...........feeling rejuvenated is an understatement. So I decided to venture out of the franchise hair places since this is basically all that I have ever known and discover some of the local barbers around town. After much research I found about 4 that I wanted to try out.......being that this was the closest place to where I reside, I decided to give it a try....And let me tell you that when I walked in....first I had no wait and was greeted with a warm smile and friendly "hello, how are you" from a sweet little Asian lady. The shop itself is not an overly fancy place, but fit's the retro barber shop look that it is known for and is also very clean and well maintained at that. Upon sitting in the chair I proceeded to show her a picture of a hairstyle that I wanted and she smiled and said, "I can do that". She turned me away from the mirror and immediately went to work not wasting anytime, but taking her time to achieve the look I was looking for. To my surprise she lathered some warm shaving cream on the back of my neck and used a straight razor to smooth the edges on my neck, and then topped it off with a hot wet towel massage all over my head an ears.......literally I felt like royalty at this place.......and all for $15!!!!(+$3 tip). The end result: she turned my chair around so I could see my cut in the mirror and wow what an incredible job she did. My cut was an exact match to the picture I had showed her! I am sold on my first choice of going here first out of all the places I had researched. I would highly recommend this place to any guys that live in the Sterling/Ashburn area. I will definitely be going back to Parc City Barber Shop for my next haircut from now on! P.S. They only take cash so bring some in advance read more

I've never had a satisfying haircut in my entire life. So last year I started cutting my own hair with those cheap clippers you can get at target... with decent success, too! My haircut is nothing complicated, and I've always been upset that no professional has ever gotten it right. But after months of cutting my own hair, there were signs that I wasn't as good at cutting my hair as I thought. I decided it was best to get someone to do a proper haircut. I come into Parc's nervous that I'd be leaving unsatisfied. I tell my barber, Danny, what I want in vague and unclear terms. "Hair grows back, hair grows back", I nervously tell myself. He has me faced away from the mirror (facing the TV), so I'm blinded from witnessing the surely terrible scene that is occurring atop my head. But the most amazing thing happens: Danny turns me around, and my hair looks FINE. It looked like I'd always imagined it in my wildest dreams, JUST GOOD. While holding back my tears, Danny shaves my neck, massages my shoulders, and pats my neck down with a hot towel. It may have been the happiest 60 seconds of my life. Okay so maybe my glowing 5-star review is specific to my experience, in that I'd never left a barber happy before today, so I had pretty low expectations going in. But if you're experience is anything like mine, it will be GOOD, QUICK, and CHEAP. How hard was that? read more

Switched to This barber shop recently and I must say..... This is one of the nicest barber shops I've been to. The ppl here are so friendly and kind.. Joann has been cutting my hair for the past month now and I don't think I'll ever have another person touch my hair.. Her fades are AMAZING!!!! read more

Though there are barber shops closer to home, I go to Parc City because of Tyler and Lynn. The consistency and quality of their cuts keep me coming back! read more

This is a pretty good place. I think the price is about $15 dollars and I needed a haircut. I just hopped on their chair and they took care of me. It was the usual, clippers, scissors, the usual. However, they shocked me because they put some kind of warm cream on my neck. From what I can only imagine, it was to help get rid of all of my neck hair. This place was worthwhile and if I'm in the area and need a cut, I'll be sure to return. read more

I've been to all the barbers in the area and this is my favorite. I come here once a month and I'm always satisfied. I usually get a great cut but a few times I've had an average cut. The cut I think is 16 and I always hand a 20 and walk out. I like that they shave your neck with cream and then wipe your neck with a hot towel. Well worth 20 dollars and I am a happy customer. I also like the tvs here. read more

Live in Countryside, tried this barber because of the reviews. Walked in to my house and both wife and son laugh asking what I did to my hair and wondering if I lost an office bet. Will stick to my barbers in DC and Herndon. read more

Parc city has been a hit or miss for me since MAR 2016, but ever since Ty started working ...my oh my. He's amazing, puts a lot of care, pays attention to detail and most importantly he's very consistent! Ask for Tyler "Ty" or Joel. You won't be disappointed! read more
