Located inside the Cove Cay condo and golf course community at the Marina on the east side of Clearwater by US-19. This little shop is professional and friendly. The Jet Skis were newer models and in great shape. Sign some waivers, grab your life jacket, and follow the guide out through the no wake zone into old Tampa bay. 1 hour will cost you $80 add $15 to ride double. An hour may not sound like a long time but when you are driving in circles it is plenty of time. If you opt for 30 min the price is $60 There were two things that bothered me. 1. The rule that you can't drive past the bayside bridge and 2. That they have a babysitter watching you to make sure you don't. He's nice enough but I don't like feeling like I'm being watched. However, if anything were to go wrong this is a good thing. I haven't rented from anybody else in the area so I don't know if this is standard practice or not but it was a little off putting nonetheless. Still nothing to complain about. The process was smooth and the experience fun. I give it 5 stars

Going on the Fin's Jet Ski tour was the highlight of our vacation…read more Our hotel rents Jet Skis. They say come back in one hour and they keep your rental confined to a certain area. Dumb. I want to see and experience the Clearwater area, the best way to accomplish this is to go on a private tour. Plus I have my sister in law who has never been on a Jet Ski so a guide who knows the local waters is a plus. And that he does. We all gathered 15 minutes before the tour. There was a nice family from Pennsylvania as well as another gentleman with two small children. Perfectly safe to have three bodies on the machine. Here's my deal. I want to go fast. I see Mr Fin has a new GP 1800. We all given 1100cc waverunners. Brand new, safe machines. Fin comes down and introduced himself as well as his tea cup Yorkie. My wife falls in love with the dog and holds her the entire time while he explains what we'll do on the tour as well as expectations. It's a fun, family tour so start your engines! We start out heading towards the open water. He slows the group down midway and shows us a school of jumping fish. I'm thinking cool but now we look to the other side and see a dolphin fin! It's probably 20 feet away from us. We're all in awe seeing this ocean creature very close to us. Next, we're taken to a beautiful sand bar to gather shells. A picture can't gather up the entire view, I can only describe the view as majestic. Black clouds are far away, Fin says we're going to stay here a little longer to let them pass. Sure enough, after 20 minutes go by and the clouds have moved on. We start heading back and I noticed Fin. He rode side saddle while talking to us. Now he's fully standing and has his throttle mashed. He's like chariots of fire! My wife and I are tucked down, I want to gap this guy! The water is like glass, we are flying! No luck, his Ski was made for speed. The tour is over and he tells me nice riding. I thank him and tell him I tried to pass him, the next time we ride I want the 1800. He cracks up and hugs me. Fin is a just an awesome guy who knows the waters and is a great tour guide. I highly recommended Fin's Jet Ski tours.

For the latest upcoming party, boat pick-up and drop-off will be at the Belle Aire Causeway boat ramp at 3900 W. Bay Dr., Belleair Bluffs, FL 34640 and the boat transport fee has increased from $10 to $30. I presume this is because Clearwater Beach Mariott Suites complained about all the people taking up parking in their lot because the Mariott is way closer to the island. This is my third sunset charter with Sailing Florida over the last couple of years; it's a great activity for family and friends when they visit Florida. Every sail has been memorable. This past Sunday we took out Still Dreaming, a beautiful 46 foot Beneteau for the roughly 3 hour, post Xmas, sail in Tampa Bay. All of the Captains have been excellent and Captain Rob continued that tradition. Short briefing for the adults and he took a little extra time with several grade schoolers who needed an extra bit of maritime instruction before they were allowed run of the ship. These boats are just immaculate! Sodas and water are supplied but you can bring your all your favorite provisions. Plenty of photo ops just let the Captain know what you want. The boats have blue tooth so bring you own tunes as well.
