This is highly unprofessional. We pay money as well and are a customer. I'm not asking him to move the world, just asking him to let us know what the changes he made were. But it doesn't stop there. As I'm trying to beg him basically to send an email with the changes highlighted, he keeps giving me a hard time saying he did his job. Then ultimately, he hung up on me. We've been in the process of getting our blueprints done and it's been ALMOST two years. Even if they have "reasonable" pricing. AVOID this company since you're just wasting your time.

Our home inspector, Ray, was integral to us making an informed decision before taking the leap into home ownership. Ray was prompt and easy to get in contact with; he was always accessible via text or email. During the inspection, Ray did a thorough visual inspection and offered tips and useful information regarding what he saw. Our particular home inspection lasted about 2 hours and included a test for radon, mold, and oil sweep. We received our extensive inspection report within 24-48 hours of completing the inspection (radon and mold test results took roughly a week since the samples needed to be sent to the lab). We (and our attorney) were very glad that we were provided with such an in-depth report as we contemplated next steps. Ray is a licensed P.E. and his structural expertise was much appreciated. We paid extra for a mold test and have asked for the results multiple times over 3 months and have never received. I firmly believe he never submitted the test and pocketed the cash. I wouldn't recommend and would never use him again. Zero follow up on his part. *Note before AAA makes any more excuses I have 4 months of back and forth texts trying to get the mold report and him not responding.
