He is extremely meticulous and such a perfectionist to the extent I thanked him for it numerous times. He set things up exactly as I wanted them despite it being tougher than setting it up a different way. I told him if it was much tougher to mount the center speaker horizontally he could mount it vertically but he went ahead doing it exactly the way I wanted without a second thought. He first setup my tv to the receiver with a toslink. After I asked him how I would get Atmos capability he offered to come back to install it with HDMI. At the time I was at work but he was about to head right over. I fiddled on it that evening and I mentioned that a phone call would probably suffice to walk me through it, but I was able to figure it out on my own. He called me the very next day to walk me through it. John has been doing this in the Boston area for many years so please google his Boston location reviewers for more reviews. He only has currently done it in Florida part time as he was only there occasionally but he tells me he will be there full time in a few years. I am extremely happy with the job he has done. Then needed to add ceiling fan installation and asked for help with a blinds track and mount.
