For the quote, they showed up on time, and even gave a "we are thirty minutes away" notice. On site for the bid, Luis was respectful and courteous and answered all our questions. After a few conversations, his bid was competitive, detailed, and clear. He did the work in less than promised. His crew protected the underlying property, and cleaned up afterwards so it was literally impossible to tell his crew had been there - except of course for the beautiful new roof. Turns out we had issues with our roof that not many wanted to deal with. Another roofer who came to look at our roof told us why we weren't getting any follow-up and then he didn't follow-up either. The problem with contractors in this city is a lot of them are flakes. They don't show up or they don't follow through. I won't say he's a bad roofer. I would just hope that contractors could be a little more professional overall.

Out of nowhere a whirlwind of white pickup trucks and orange shirts swarmed our house hustling up ladders, handing up sandbags, laying huge black tarps, and assuring precise coverage to temporarily block further rain and wind damage. It was a remarkable thing to watch!
