Turns out we had issues with our roof that not many wanted to deal with. Another roofer who came to look at our roof told us why we weren't getting any follow-up and then he didn't follow-up either. The problem with contractors in this city is a lot of them are flakes. They don't show up or they don't follow through. I won't say he's a bad roofer.
