I called Rubin Adjusting for help and eventhough it's was too late they were still willing and open to helping me the best they could, which I was so thankful for. I spoke with Johanna. She took the time to listen and gave me advice on to how I could move forward. This situation and the process from the start has been overwhelming and stressful to say the least, but it has also been a learning experience. One important piece of advice I want to express to anyone reading this is to really consider going outside your insurance company as far as hiring a "public adjuster". In lieu of your insurance adjuster. It could save you a whole lot of trouble, hassle, and complications w/ your claim. Be willing to pay the extra money regardless of knowing what the outcome will be. Regardless whether you believe your claim will be accepted and not denied. And, if you do, I would recommend this company. I ultimately found this company by doing my research online and narrowing it down based on such good reviews. Good luck.

Incredibly dissatisfied with Adjuster Pro. We had a burst pipe in our house which damaged our…read moreentire first floor. Adjuster Pro was recommended to us to help with filing a claim with our insurance company for repairs. At first, they made lots of promises of things they could claim to increase our insurance payout. When the insurance company came back with 20% of what Adjuster Pro said we could get, Efraim and his staff said this was expected and that they couldn't get any more money from us. The insurance company conducted another inspection of our house and we waited nearly two months for the report so that we could start on our repairs. Efraim said he was contacting the insurance company every day to ask about the report status, however after two months without the final report, I contacted the insurance company directly. They said they had no record of any communication (emails, voicemails, etc.) from Efraim and sent me the report directly within a few hours. When I told Efraim this, he threatened to resign if I contacted the insurance company directly again, even though it is my legal right to do so and no part of my contract with him indicated that I could not contact my insurance company on my own. I started questioning Efraim about why we wouldn't get reimbursed from the insurance company for certain things when he initially said we would be, and he couldn't provide any information and evaded our questions. When we found out we had asbestos in the house and needed to hire a professional asbestos removal company, he said this wouldn't be covered by insurance and we'd have to pay out of pocket for the $10k+ expense, which was false. We also told him the materials we wanted to use for our flooring and he contacted our insurance company and gave them incorrect information, even though we had documented this in writing to him. I started documenting all my communication with him in writing and asked more detailed questions, and within a week, he suddenly resigned, leaving us in a terrible position to continue fighting with the insurance company for more money to cover our necessary repairs. He also kept multiple invoices we incurred from other contracts for a month without sending them to me or to the contractors for payment. In the end, we ended up getting more money from our insurance claim when I worked with insurance directly, leaving me to question what Efraim had even done for us in the first place and why he left additional money on the table. Lastly, when I first met Efraim, I felt like he was very condescending towards me, as a female. He communicated well with my husband and father-in-law, but talked down to me during our initial meeting. Should have trusted my gut instinct. I would NOT hire or trust Adjuster Pro with anything.

We received excellent service from Afshin and Paramount Public Adjusters. Walked into our home on a Sunday afternoon to find water coming up from our floors as we were walking. Found them on google and even on Sunday when I called Afshin answered the phone and came by on Monday morning. Calling it a good decision does not begin to describe what this company meant to me. It was life changing. I genuinely cannot imagine where I would be financially today if Greenspan had not come into my life. My experience started with Kyle, literally while I was standing at the fire. When your house has just burned down, you are trying to comprehend what happened while people suddenly appear trying to get your business. Some were incredibly aggressive. Kyle was completely different. He was the classy guy in the tie, calm and composed. He walked over, introduced himself, handed me his card and told me he would be right there if I needed anything. That was it. No pressure. No aggressive sales pitch. No chasing me around. He simply let me know he was there if I needed help and left the decision completely in my hands. Once I chose Greenspan, I learned that this was not some sales technique. That was genuinely who Kyle was. Greenspan helped get me into a hotel. Kyle took me to dinner, made sure I was getting checked in and made sure I had somewhere to go after my home had just burned down. I was not going home that night. Everything had changed. And when I say they accounted for everything, I mean EVERYTHING. My clothing, my suits, my personal property, the contents of my home, individual items I never would have remembered, and things I never would have known how to properly document or value. Greenspan knew what questions to ask, what people forget, what needed to be documented and how things needed to be valued. If I had tried to handle this myself, holy moly, I cannot imagine how much money I would have left on the table. It is not even close. Greenspan did not simply help me file an insurance claim. They completely changed the financial outcome of one of the worst disasters of my life. Over time, David became much more than the person handling my claim. I consider him my friend. But what happened at the very end says more about David and Greenspan than almost anything else I could write. I screwed up. I misunderstood part of our financial arrangement and thought Greenspan's fees had already been deducted from certain insurance checks. They had not. That was MY mistake. I should have understood the agreement more carefully, and I take responsibility for that. I had four checks coming that I could sign over to Greenspan. But even after turning over all four checks, I was still going to owe approximately $19,000. Greenspan had every right to collect it. They had performed the work and earned their fee. The misunderstanding was mine, not theirs. After I explained what happened, Greenspan agreed to rewrite my agreement so I could sign over the four checks and they would forgive the approximately $19,000 remaining balance. Let that sink in. They did not have to do that. I owed the money. The mistake was mine. They helped me anyway. To me, that tells you everything you need to know about David Block and Greenspan. Anybody can tell you how much they care when they are trying to earn your business. You find out who people really are at the end, when the work has already been done and they have every right to collect what they are owed. That is when character shows itself. David and Greenspan showed me theirs. If somebody I cared about ever lost their home in a fire and asked which companies they should interview, I would not give them a list. There is no list. I would give them one name: Greenspan. I would tell them about Kyle, the guy in the tie who did not pressure me and who immediately stepped in to take care of me once I chose Greenspan. I would tell them about David Block, how hard he fought for me, how thoroughly Greenspan accounted for my losses and how much money I believe I would have left on the table without them. And I would tell them about the approximately $19,000, because that tells you what kind of people you are dealing with. Greenspan is, hands down, the best company I have ever worked with. There are five star companies, and then there are companies you remember for the rest of your life. Greenspan is the latter. Kyle and David Block are two people I will never forget. There is only one name I would give anyone going through what I went through: Greenspan.

I called Rubin Adjusting for help and eventhough it's was too late they were still willing and open to helping me the best they could, which I was so thankful for. I spoke with Johanna. She took the time to listen and gave me advice on to how I could move forward. This situation and the process from the start has been overwhelming and stressful to say the least, but it has also been a learning experience.
