Efrain and Nufar were easy to deal with , very attentive and were very quick to respond to any concern we had.

Finally one of the owners/managers gave me a call after hours and took the time to work through my options. Even though we couldn't find one that worked for my situation, he was patient and explained everything I needed to know--I will absolutely be reaching back out when the time comes!

Without going into a lot of detail, I have a corporation, several small businesses and the need for a lot of coverage and various policies. My insurance agent of decades sold their practice, the company that took over was asleep at the wheel, and I discovered a lot of exposure and careless errors. I was on the hunt for an excellent insurance company to manage my portfolio and Darren from Whins has been amazing thus far. My excellent service started not with an attempt to convert my policies over so that they can make a commission, but rather getting on the phone and making sure that underwriting had the proper information. This is without them trying to make a commission, just simply making sure that I, the client had the best solution for my immediate needs. That speaks volumes to the integrity, and basic work ethic of the company. I'm still early on in the process but as I migrate my portfolio over, I am getting better coverage for less money, again, that wasn't the original goal, but I am certainly delighted. I will update my review later but so far, five stars across the board!!! Thank you, Yelp, and Whins. Crowdsourcing excellent service providers is a beautiful thing! Good job!.

My amazing health care plan is covered by my employer. I have had HealthNet PPO for 11 years…read morethrough our office. Which is good, because I am like a walking hospital bill - I've sprained an ankle, and broken toes, a foot, and a femur in the last five years. Yikes! HealthNet (and John Muir) have been with me every step of the way - even when those steps are using crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs. My femur surgery and subsequent hospital stay still cost me a ton of out of pocket until I hit my deductible (literally thousands of dollars), but that's how insurance works. The rest was covered, even home care and physical therapy. Unfortunately, my PT ran out of visits before I was healed and I still limp from time to time and experience pain semi-frequently. But I kind of blame that on the Physical Therapists for not pushing me harder at the beginning. My broken foot never even received PT, which I blame on the orthopedic specialist I've seen a couple times this year. Not all my medical bills and insurance coverage though are injury-related. I see doctors for preventative measures. I'm a picture of health right now so it's nice to have a team keeping me on track, and an insurance company that covers those visits. And on a much bigger scale, FAMILY PLANNING - my lady doctors and I love to talk about the exciting possibility of children in my future... which also makes me happy to know that I have great health coverage because that's not a road I would venture down without it! HealthNet recently sent me a survey on my experiences with their company and my doctors. Vanessa G. followed up on my responses and called me - we spoke, and then a few days later she sent a hand-written thank you card to my home. Girl! Thank YOU! I love someone who takes the time to show that something matters to them, and obviously your clients, and your job, matter to you!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Health Net…read more Over the past several weeks, I have encountered ongoing issues related to care coordination, communication, and timely access to services. Despite following the proper channels, there have been repeated delays in getting responses, approvals, and assistance when dealing with time-sensitive medical concerns. What's most concerning is how difficult it has been to get clear answers or timely support when it actually matters. As a patient, you rely on your insurance provider to help facilitate care--not create additional barriers. These delays have caused unnecessary stress and have impacted my ability to receive timely medical attention. When you're already dealing with health issues, the last thing you should have to do is constantly follow up just to get basic information or movement on your case. I strongly encourage Health Net to improve its communication processes, responsiveness, and overall care coordination. Patients deserve a system that works with them--not against them. I will be forwarding a formal complaint to the CA Department of Managed Health Care, BBB, Centers For Medicaid and Medicare services, US Department of Health and Human Rights, and any other regulatory agencies.

Last week I had to file my first claim for a damaged package in which half of the merchandise was missing from a long mail tube. My customer sent me photos, so I gathered those and proof of purchase and shipping and filed a claim. A few days later my claim was approved for half of my insured amount (what I asked for). So at least so far I'm pretty satisfied. Just saved me $125 loss.

We filed a claim for a shipment valued at $390+ that was mistakenly picked up by the United States Postal Service (USPS) even though it carried a UPS label. USPS has confirmed in writing that they accepted and scanned the package, but determined the label had insufficient postage. USPS has further stated they will not deliver the package, will not allow additional postage to be paid, and will not return the item to us or to UPS. In other words, USPS is in possession of the package and it is effectively lost in transit through no fault of our company. Despite this, ShipSurance denied our claim, stating there is "no record that the package is in the mail stream." This statement is demonstrably false. We provided tracking information showing USPS possession, emails from the USPS Small Business Support team confirming the situation, and all requested documentation, which was uploaded directly into ShipSurance's claim portal at their request. Additionally, ShipSurance provides no meaningful customer support, as their phone lines go unanswered and there is no practical way to resolve disputes. We purchased insurance specifically for situations where a shipment is lost while in carrier possession. That is exactly what occurred here. ShipSurance is refusing to honor the policy we paid for despite clear documentation. We are requesting that ShipSurance immediately review the evidence already submitted and approve payment of the insured value of this shipment. Failure to resolve this matter will force us to reconsider our ongoing business relationship and pursue additional remedies.
