Called last minute for a cut and blow out and they gave me an appointment that same day! Salon is beautiful when you walk in and very well kept, I was greeted by the receptionist and asked if I wanted something to drink. I was then greeted by my stylist Jeannie who was very welcoming and sweet. My hair is shoulder length and my ends were damaged, so I decided it was time to chop it some more. Jeannie was attentive and listened to me before she took the shears to my locks. my hair came out as best as it could based on what Jeannie had to work with. I will definitely be back for another trim and also add some color next time! Had my first appointment yesterday, and went to get my hair dyed for the first time ever. Yahaira listened to what I wanted, and helpfully priced out all of my options for a balayage. I never left a review in my life but I wanted to make sure that this would be my first one. PARAMOUNT PAMPERING IS A FRAUD. I came here to get my balayage done, my hair was COMPLETELY BLOTCHY AND RUINED. My hair was fried, and not to mention I LOST so much hair during my blow out. I had such a terrible experience. This salon should not be open with the stylists they have here. The people here are very condescending and rude. Ahlyza is NOT the type of person I would recommend that you should rely on getting a balayage and blow out. Paramount's Instagram makes their work very desirable but unfortunately, what you see is NOT what you will get. I spent way too much money just to be a brassy mess. This was my first time visiting Paramount Pampering Salon. I was very happy from start to finish with my visit and specifically my stylist, Ahlyza. The salon called me 45 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know if I was available, that I could come in earlier. I was greeted by name by the friendly receptionist when I walked in (I guess I was the only appointment at that time). The salon is clean, modern and has that spa like feel. Ahlyza sat with me first for a consult. I came in just for a trim and to have my layers cleaned up. She cut my hair dry and then gave a great shampoo washing. She blew my hair out exactly as I wanted. She was quick and thorough but without me feeling rushed. She gave me a quick tour on the way back from the washing station and made me aware of the other services they offer such as massages, manicures & pedicures. I will definitely return in a few months for my next trim. read more

Never in my life have I dealt with a more unprofessional place of business. If I could give negative stars I would. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get hair extensions at this place. A hefty service that was going to cost me just under $1000. I went in initially to have them put in. They ordered the wrong color. Not really sure how that happens but mistakes happen. No big deal. They reordered he hair. I paid for the hair. I waited for a call on them receiving the hair. They said we will call the following Tuesday. They didn't. I called Wednesday, I get told there is a delay they'll call Friday. They did not. I call them now the following week. They received the wrong color AGAIN. Now they're blaming the hair company. They tell me either they are trying another company or they have to refund me even though. Few weeks ago they could definitely do it. They claimed to get the hair overnighted to them. I call them about it. They tell me they'll call me once they hear back from the company. So they didn't even overnight the hair. They don't call back. They text me to cancel my appointment as they are incapable of getting what they told me they could get now three times. I'm no out almost $400 on the hair and will be awaiting my refund for 2-3 business days. Fingers crossed I even receive that. Completely disgusting and disgraceful place to do business with. I still can't get over the unprofessional and informal text for cancellation. They made me feel like they did not want my business. It's fine. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I booked an appt. with Casey from what I had seen on Instagram her work is beautiful. Excitingly I went to my appointment, it was early morning 9am. Front desk greeted me Kindly and offered a hot drink or water. I set this appointment online through there website as a color correction. Before going to the salon my top half of my hair was brownish/red and then light brown on the ends (as I went to a hairdresser and she had messed my hair color into a mess). Casey asked me what I wanted done. I explained to her I needed the red out my hair and just have a brown base and an ombre or balayage (light brown/dark blonde). She told me she couldn't do that because its too hard to take red out. (Which I do understand) But my hair wasn't Red Red Red... it had a tint of reddish brown. I know my strong my hair is so I told her if she could bleach my whole head so we can start brand new. I would of been happy if I left the salon with an even hair color. She still said no but she gave me a runaround about how she can fix it. I understand they believe in the care of your hair. This is probably the reason why she kept saying no. Anyway..... She asked me if it was ok if a junior applies this thing that removes the current hair color out the head. I didn't want to say no so I let the Junior work on my hair while Casey took another client. I booked with Casey (not a Junior level) for a reason. But I did emphasize to Casey I wanted her to trim my hair, she told me yes dont worry I will trim your hair. While Saida(the Junior) worked on my hair Casey would stop by and see how the color is removing off my hair. I heard them say its turning orange its time to wash it out. Then Saida applied the Chocolate hair color that I had chosen with Casey. Without a lie Saida was hurting my head as she was trying to untangle my hair from being wet and applying the new hair color. Call me stupid for not saying anything..... I know....Im a very nice naive person that should of spoken up when I was there.Casey would come by and check on us. Then Saida rinsed and washed my hair. I was then asked by the Owner if it was ok if another Junior blow-dried my hair. I was baffled. I asked Casey if she could blow dry it since I had booked with her. she told me the Juniors are good swell. So ok.... Megan blew dried my hair. There was a lot of pulling of my hair. Again.... I know stupid me for not saying anything. Megan was very nice tho... very friendly. I have nothing against Junior level hairdressers. But when I specifically make my appt. with someone above Junior level is for a reason. I left the salon with dark brown uneven because my hair was uneven to start. Its been three months since and now my hair has washed out to still having the reddish dark brown with light ends. I wanted to love this place. The salon was very clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Their posts on instagram shows stunning work. But why couldn't I have that great experience? I was really debating this whole time to write a review or not. But for the sake of other people planning a trip to this salon they should be aware of what to expect. read more

I usually don't write reviews to places I've been but I just came back home from Paramount and I had to write a review! I usually get my hair done by Jeannie and I always end up falling in love with it! She's an incredible person and always makes me feel comfortable when I'm in her chair. I've been on the search for a hairstylist and I've found the perfect one! She always helps me reach my goal and always explains to me the steps that I need to take to get there. Thank you so much Jeannie for always making me feel gorgeous whenever I get my hair done. I just got my eyelashes done by Megan today and she was AMAZING! She went over the whole process with me and asked if I had any questions. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole service. My eyelashes are perfect thanks to Megan!
