When I asked him to send pictures of what they did Fred sent them right over. I was amazed! They cleaned up after themselves and did a phenomenal job! When I got home I could really see the fantastic job his crew did. Thank you for making this the least painful part of the work that had to be done. It was better than described. I got the same one in the mail today which inspired me to write a review since I am not the only homeowner with a bad experience. Two guys came here. OZ and someone else. They di measuring in every room and they did a whole house leak test to determine how well the house was insulated. When they were finished OZ made a date and time that he would come back here with their full report on my house. He never showed up. I waited assuming he would at least send me the report but that never happened either. I don't wany anyone else going through this.

They sealed all the high hats and breaches. They filled it with blown cellulose to R49. Which has settled now after a few months. Not the R49. They came back 5 times to redo items that were not properly done. The AC problem is not what we were hoping for. Better somewhat. They recommended a larger fan to exhaust bathroom moisture. Not resolved. We spent over 15g . Not really happy with the outcome. We will have to hire an engineering company to access whatever is necessary to fix this problem.

The work crew was terrific along with the project manager Mike. There was one small glitch and Mike came back with another worker and took care of my concerns. I delayed on writing this post until after this recent very cold snap ( wind chills to below10 degrees )to be sure that my heating issues were abated.
