I contacted Paramount after others did not respond to my phone calls and emails, or were not available to do the POSSIBLE work. I had a VERY SHORT window to get things done, and the asbestos inspection had not taken place yet. The inspection company recommended Paramount. Randy was willing to take on the project and in order to save time and get the work done in the short window of time, started on the permitting for asbestos abatement before the inspection was done! As it turned out there was no asbestos present, and so Randy lost out on that job, but he was kind enough to celebrate with me, and call me to let me know (of course my internet was down that day). I REALLY appreciate how easy and flexible he was to work with and his over and above efforts to be ready to meet my needs on such short notice. If there were 15 stars he would get them all!! read more

After dealing with a mold claim on our insurance we were put in touch with Paramount when we learned that the walls around the bathroom where the mold issue was, contained asbestos. John came by and took some measurements and provided the information to our claim adjuster. He said it could take up to 2 weeks for the permit to remove it but that we were working with Steve from 1-800-Flooded and he makes things move faster and that was not a lie! We received a call the next day wanting to schedule service as my insurance approved the removal. They scheduled us for a Saturday at 8:00am (a little early but we needed this done so who's to complain!). On Saturday, bright and early 5-6 guys showed up and asked if we would like for them to wear masks (thank you Covid for making us all a crazy mess!) We replied yes and they all immediately put there masks on even if it was just to make us feel safe in our own home. They began set up which was amazing to watch and obvious that this was not their first rodeo! Within 20 minutes there was a decontamination tent set up in our living room and they began removing the bathroom walls. Jessie did a great job keeping us informed the entire time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern was that he removed his mask for most of the time he was face to face with us even though he was the one to ask us if they needed to wear them. I totally understand that their huge respirator masks are not comfortable but maybe carry a bandanna or something just so that I know I don't need to kick someone out the front door who looks like they may sneeze or something. I know, call me crazy but currently there have been 12-15 people in and out of my house due to this claim so I need to protect my family. So end result, they had everything done and out in 5 hours or so. Later that night I went to do laundry and opened the closet to find our washer and dryer covered in dried brown liquid that clearly dripped from the bathroom sub floor above. At 6:30pm I called the number on their website thinking I'd have to leave a message and wait until Monday for them to return my call, John answered and said they would make this right immediately. I wasn't so concerned about the mess as I was the danger of the mess to me. I wasn't sure if it would contain asbestos or any chemicals they used so I didn't want to touch it until the pros said it was okay! John sent Jessie out the next morning (who again, was not wearing a mask) who confirmed that it was just water from the sub floor above and not dangerous. I said I would clean it no problem but he told me this was their fault and that he'd clean it. I was amazed at their level of detail in the removal and clean up and their extremely fast service! While I hope to never need their services again, I now know where to go and can consider myself more educated on the topic of asbestos. read more

Randy has been great to work with my current restoration and abatement project for my property. He was a wealth of knowledge, professional and quick to respond and worked directly with my insurance adjuster to make it easy. I was not at the property when the first phase was done, and I appreciated him doing a zoom call with me to show me each area of the house that was impacted. He even gave me a great plumbing recommendation (and called them to learn their availability, over-and-above!) stuck around to communicate with them. He really cared; outstanding customer service. read more

We talked to and met with other abatement companies to help us navigate the nightmare of discovering asbestos in our home. From our very first meeting with Randy we knew without a doubt that we'd found the team that could get the job done and miraculously care about our family's wellbeing too. After our first meeting Randy said to our 4 year old son "don't worry buddy, we're going to take care of this and get you back in your home!" and he truly kept his word. If you're looking for an abatement team that will get in, get the job done and be utterly professional and an absolute pleasure to communicate with this is your sign to go with Paramount. We encountered hiccups but Randy and John were top notch and handled everything with the utmost professionalism, we always knew we were in good hands with Paramount and never questioned that the end result would be top notch and it is! Thank you Paramount for helping us navigate what was our family's worst nightmare and helping us find the light at the end of the tunnel, you guys are truly the best! read more
