He was very receptive to discussing pros/cons of changes and ideas we came up with. In fact, his experience was very useful when we were trying to make decisions for changes. Our insurance agent asked Weatherproof Exteriors to inspect our roof for suspected hail damage…read more Bill Long was polite and professional. He inspected the roof, showed me pictures, interpreted all he found, and walked me through the insurance claim process. He found more damage than the first inspector from another roofing company. Once a claim was filed Bill brought out samples of tiles, and explained how they would upgrade our roof to code. They were here within a week and completed 40 square in one day. We even had a visit by the big boss to see how it was going. After the job, the yard was left clean and free of nails. Bill came back out and inspected the area as a last action. We were extremely pleased with the whole process and service provided by this company. I would highly recommend them!

His fixed price bid was the most reasonable and he clearly had the level of expertise and equipment I needed. Jonathon was the only person to point out evidence of a previous leak that home inspectors missed just 2 years earlier. I feared the extent of the damage. Jonathon kept me informed about the process and his progress over the several days it took. With over 14 years of experience, he brings this expertise to your job. I've hired lots of contractors and being punctual is a trait unevenly found. He arrived at the time and day he said would. He had special Blowers and and a shop vac. He left the job site cleaned, carted away the trash. Jonathon totally lived up to the motto on his t-shirt: A-1 Drywall and Painting (719) 722-4272. Great Customer Service. Good quality work.

I had contacted Rampart Roofing , after searching yelp and other customer reviews for a repair job…read more Justin provided excellent initial boot repair service, comprehensive roof pictures, and support with trying to track down the roofing company that installed the roof about 16 yrs . Some local roofing companies didn't survive the Pandemic and not listed with BBB and colorado roofing associations. I had no problems hiring Rampart Roofing, due to Justin's amazing customer service during a repair and during the entire roof analysis and answering questions about colorado roofing code and pikes peak regional building inspection after install of upgraded roof shingles. The business exists in a professional building in Southern Colorado Springs and the office staff are knowledgeable and professionally dressed. Communication from all Rampart Roofing staff was quick and concise. Additional info was provided , when requested by me. The small difference in price between shingle types was the reason that I selected the class4 impact resistant shingles with a 50 yr manufacturer warranty. The workmanship warranty for the install process is excellent, too. I tried to contact other local roofing companies and didn't get a callback from a few. Material drop off day required the supply company to broom snow off the roof on dec1st and the install crew did a professional job from 7am-3 am. Laying tarps and clean-up was done quickly. Staff returned outdoor items to patio slab . Debris was cleaned up, too. Office staff formatted paid receipt and class4 impact resistant certification for home insurance company, so that I could obtain a deduction of about a thousand dollars on my annual policy payment this year. I recommend Justin and Rampart Roofing in Colorado Springs.

I had a second floor bathroom toilet plumbing leak into my living room right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I also had family visiting during the toilet leak and their company and scheduler was able to get me on their BUSY schedule 2 days after I called for service on a Sunday afternoon through American Home Shield - home warranty. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right truly set them apart. I will definitely refer them to family and friends for any future plumbing or restoration needs. A special Mahalo Nui Loa - Thank you very much to the WWPHC team Robert - plumber, Zach Duncan and Garron for their hard work and professionalism. Appreciate you three so much for going above and beyond over the hectic holiday week. Note as of Friday, 7/3 - the remediation services were completed but the reset of the toilet by their plumber will be completed after the holiday weekend and after the tile is set in the bathroom *I can update this review after the plumber resets the toilet in my bathroom.

When our crawl space flooded 2 years ago, Bill came and crawled through the mud to inspect the furnace, which was ruined from the water. He got the fans on it and when it was dry he brought his team in and they got the old one out and a whole new system put in before it got really cold. He came back when it start to warm up outside and got the A/C running and it is so nice! Yesterday when my hot water tank failed after 10 years Ingrid sent a technician, Andrew, to my home as soon as possible, got the old one out after diagnosing that it had indeed failed. Due to new regulations on insulation the tank was way to big to fit back in the space, so it was decided that we would go tankless. They cleaned up and came back this morning, installed the new unit. Thank you Andrew, Brad and Brian. You all made a bad situation bearable and I am so glad I called HomeLand Mechanical once again.
