Jeromy at Krome Gas is awesome and saves the world one gas leak at a time! During a routine check,…read morea gas leak was found in our house. Danger! Jeromy was busy that day, so we called another company who gave me the run around, had many reasons they couldn't help me, and said that they'd be out over a week later. Yipe. I called Jeromy back and, while he couldn't come out that day, he'd come out the next day. Yay! We have weird gas pipes that are not used in Colorado Springs and he called around to many, many places until he found one that had the fitting that I needed. He fixed our gas and stuck around to make sure that all of my appliances hooked up to gas were still working. What an awesome person! While I hope to never have a gas leak again, I would definitely use Krome Gas again!

Jeromy was responsive and timely in addressing some issues with our kitchen sink. He patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with a list of available dates and times for the work. On the scheduled day, Jeromy arrived punctually, communicated clearly, and explained the necessary work and what could be postponed. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. He honored his quoted price and even offered a slightly lower cost, which I found quite reasonable. From now on, I'll keep Krome Gas and Plumbing on speed dial as my go-to plumber. I highly recommend giving Jeromy a call if you need a reliable master plumber!

My next-door neighbor inquired about whether her stoop needed repair but it wasn't uneven like mine; so rather than doing unnecessary work, Jeff suggested that she take care of an uneven sidewalk slab or two that was a trip hazard. Wow! What a difference! An existing crack became far less noticeable. I give a thumbs up and highly recommend Keystone Mudjacking! Two years ago, they leveled our front step, and when I noticed additional settling last summer, they advised waiting until spring and assured me they would return to fix it before the warranty expired. Although the initial work seemed satisfactory, the continued settling suggests an underlying issue that they have now refused to address.
