Joe Zoorob is a crook. My sister-in-law is his friend and she asked him to come over. He came over…read moremore than 24 hours after the basement flooded at my in-laws. My son and I removed all the water from the carpet using a shop vac and a rented Rug Doctor the same night of the flood. But Joe billed to be paid for the work we did. We set up our own box fans for the first 24 hours+. There was no contract signed, nor was one offered. He submitted a list of flood mitigation and restoration costs to the insurance company and set up shop: placed 3-4 blowers and one dehumidified downstairs for up to 5 days (took him less than 30 minutes to set them up). Two guys came to pick up the equipment and cut out the wet carpet and pad and hauled it away (less than 45 minutes). He billed for more than 5 hours work, and he tripled the number of equipment he actually used on the bill. My husband, children and I moved ALL of the furniture off the carpet and removed the doors, yet Joe billed for all of the work we did and became abusive when my mother-in-law requested to meet with him to discuss the bill. I don't know how he has any good reviews unless he wrote them himself. There's lots more...but you get the idea. Just check out his physical address listed on his website and you will find you cannot actually physically come in contact with him (it's a UPS store location. He has a PO box there). Even my sister-in-law refused to give us his address after he fraudulently placed a lien on my mil's house when my figured out she had over paid him by over $3000 and he was claiming she still owed him over $4000. He didn't show up to court this morning...but the judge issued a judgment against him anyway. She knew my mil did everything she could to serve him the papers. Save yourself the trouble. Don't use Pro Clean. I'm reporting to the state licensing board as well.

The plan was that they were going to do the stretching needed for wrinkles in the hallway at the same time but they didn't have the personnel or equipment available that day so they gave me another estimate just for the stretching. $575. I thought that was absurd and found another guy to fix the wrinkles. He did a great job and it cost me $150. I would recommend avoiding Hydro Clean if you need carpet stretching done.
