He was very thorough and gave us advice for a 3rd bedroom that we'll need to replace the carpet. We already planned to do a second cleaning in 3-4 weeks and will be looking at adding additional services at that time. Pro-tips: expect carpet to be damp 12-72 hours after treatments, and trust but verify when your kiddo says they've gotten everything off the floor and vacuumed in prep for the carpet cleaner ‍

We recently bought a new home that had previously been occupied by some very unwanted furry tenants. Lester was fantastic. He was incredibly informative, took the time to walk us through everything he was doing, and explained what our carpets needed and why. He also sent us photos and updates throughout the process, which we really appreciated. Our carpets are now sanitized, safe, and sexy. Professional, thorough, communicative, and clearly takes pride in his work. We would absolutely use Lester and No Limit Carpet Care again and highly recommend them

The good: Communication was great. The bathrooms and bedrooms looked great. The crew was very polite and professional. The bad: They were very late but again communication was great. I feel like due to being late they rushed my home to get back on schedule. My kitchen looked good until I gave things a closer look and realized the shelves were sticky, the freezer was dirty, the stove top was still dirty. Just so many details over looked. Also the floors were swept but not mopped. I contacted them the next afternoon with pictures and expressing my displeasure. I received an apology and told that they are working with new teams and retraining. That's fantastic but doesn't change the fact I'm being billed full price for substandard cleaning. Why am I paying the price for a learning curve? Newer crews should be offered at a lower price point so customers know what they are paying for. I would not hire them in the future.

The sub-contractor they used for the sheet-rock did a poor job at first. So the next day the sheet-rock guys came out again and did it right. I've been in construction and I know that sometimes subs just screw things up.
