Now he throws down the water hose he had on his hand, slams on the emergency shut off and starts talking ish under his breath. I open my door and ask for someone (else) to help. Sorry sir, yo entiendo! Rude. I tell him again, I'm not doing anything. Another man comes (he's shorter and younger and always VERY nice when I'm here) and he tells me it's cause I opened the door. I said no. It did it before that and I wasn't going anything to the car. I said come inside with me. He said, don't worry. Then he said are you moving. I said, yes. I always do. Then he said your seatbelt! I said, what about it. He told me when you take it off and move, the car will do that. I said ohhhh. Thanks! They restarted and in fact, if you have your seatbelt on and move-No big deal. But take it off and-You can't move if your car will auto Park. That older man was plain ol rude and not cool. I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. First it was the sprayer wash, then the side wash sprayer , then the top roller to dry the top . Then the side blowers. The problem I have is I buy the. "Platinum Wash". So you will a full wash and ( get receipt says for your second visit . The next wash is at a discount) . So, why am I going to get a second wash discount . if a component of the wash isn't fully functional .
